• the kiss:
1. Tilt your head back to look at the ceiling
2. Pucker your lips and hold for 5 seconds
3. Relax your lips and move your head back into normal position
4. Do this 10 times• stick it out:
1. Facing forward, open your mouth wide
2. Slowly stick your tongue out as far as it can go over 5 seconds and slowly return it in to the mouth over 5 seconds
3. Repeat 10 times• jaw jut:
1. Tilt your head back towards the ceiling
2. Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin
3. Hold the jaw jut for 10 seconds
4. Return to normal position
5. Repeat 10 times• neck roll:
1. Drop your chin to your chest and slowly rotate your head to the right
2. Slowly rotate your head until your chin is back to your chest
