Day 3: 40 jumping jacks, 5 push-ups
Day 4: 5 push-ups, 15 crunches
Day 5: rest day!
Day 6: 30 crunches, 10 push-ups
Day 7: 45 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups
Day 8: 45 jumping jacks, 10 leg lifts
Day 9: 50 jumping jacks
Day 10: 10 lunges (each leg)
Day 11: rest day!
Day 12: 30 crunches, 10 leg lifts
Day 13: 20 leg lifts, 35 crunches
Day 14: 10 minute jog/walk
Day 15: 50 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups
Day 16: rest day!
Day 17: 20 leg lifts, 30 crunches
Day 18: 50 jumping jacks, 15 lunges
Day 19: 15 push-ups, 15 lunges
Day 20: 10 minute jog
