Breakfast: tall glass of ice water, oats with cinnamon and almond milk, sliced fruit on top

Lunch: whole wheat tortilla wraps with lots of your favorite goodies inside! make sure to include lots of beans and some vegetables. have a few of these to make sure you get enough calories! have your favorite fruits and vegetables on the side for little snacks

Snacks: snack whenever you are hungry- try fruits, veggies and nuts

Dinner: make a stir fry of brown rice, black beans, pinto beans, and all your favorite veggies
