Making Time For Workouts

🔺stretch first thing when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed
🔺do a quick workout right before you hop in the shower
🔺while doing your homework, take a 5 minute break every 20-30 minutes or so to do a quick workout
🔺take the stairs whenever you can
🔺at school, take the long route to your class (if you have time)
🔺when you're sitting in class, flex your stomach muscles and leg muscles for about 30 seconds at a time (it works them out without doing much)
🔺workout in front of the tv
🔺walk your dog
🔺join a sport at school or outside of school to fit in regular exercise
🔺remember, it's not about having time, it's about making time
