🔸:30 side plank (each side)

Tips:
🔹avoid crunches and sit ups, while they do build muscle and make your stomach hard with muscle, they won't necessarily shrink your waist
🔹do cardio 3-5 times a week to burn any fat on your stomach
🔹if you're eating junk food all the time you won't get the results you want, so make sure you're eating healthy
