Goofy's (unnamed) wife has appeared—but always with her face unseen—in 1950s-produced cartoon shorts depicting the character as a "family man". Goofy's wife dies later on and Goofy states to his son Max in "Goof Troop," "She's up there with the stars" so his modern day appearances portray Goofy as a widower.
While her face was hidden from the viewers, her red hair was shown and her voice was heard. She appears to be slender and rather tall, with light fair skin similar to Goofy's muzzle where the whiskers extend outward. Not much is known about her, except for the fact that she was nearly as goofy as her husband Goofy and known for her undesirable driving skills.

According to the television series Goof Troop, she has since passed away.
And before anyone ask, she is NOT Sylvia Marpole from An Extremely Goofy Movie.

You know she eventually, became Goofy's girlfriend but since the movie was direct-to-video animated comedy film, I'm afraid it's non-canon (but that's opinion because it was made by Disney Toon Studios and most of their movies were direct-to-video movies and sometimes not good but I love An Extremely Goofy Movie and I should be careful what I say.

Plus, I found out that Goofy's wife is name Penny from Wikipedia.
