Let me win this argument with my bullet....I'm back and no I will not quit my Halloween update. I meant to finish BEFORE Halloween but work and other things got in the way. Not to mention that my knee decided to come out of its socket and injure myself. *Cringes*
So, I'm here, with my leg elevated and talking about the character in HalloweenTown 2!

Today's forgotten character is called "Cupcake Eating Girl" BECAUSE every time we see her, she's grabbing a cupcake and eating it.
Seriously, we first see her walk into the kitchen, with the main character, and grab a cupcake. Then we last see her grab another cupcake when Dillon was passing them out.

She's probably at the party for the cupcakes.
