The child smiled warmly back and went on his way as a tall, caramel-skinned boy, who was the same age as the fairy godmother, approached her.
"Well, that wasn't cheesy." He laughed sarcastically, brushing his jet-black bangs away from his blue eyes. She noticed that his ears were larger and pointy than the average human, like as if he was an elf.
The blonde fairy giggled while pushing him jokingly. "Oh shh, Sparky. They're little kids after all. They need a little guidance from time to time." Her blue eyes twinkled in the early April afternoon sun.
