The rest of the week goes by quickly, I am getting more and more comfortable with walking, but I still use my wheelchair in school. It is Saturday and Lizzy and Leo went to pick Jasper up at the airport. I am currently sitting in my wheelchair waiting for him in my room. I am in the corner of my bedroom, where no one would see me when they first walked in. He will be upset that I am not there to pick him up, but I don't know how I feel about him yet. I mean, I know I love him, but do I love him enough to hurt him? I hear the front door open and close. There are soft murmurs of voices, but I don't know what they are saying. There is a soft kick on my door and Jasper walks in. My hear beats faster just seeing him. He looks around, confused.

"Vie?" I stand up and clear my throat. He gasps and blinks a few times.

"I'm here Jasper." I walk towards him, slowly. It is still a little hard to walk. I walk into his arms and he hugs me.

"You can walk?" I nod against his chest. It feels so right to be in his arms.

"I can, what happened with your mom?" I ask him.

"Don't worry about that know." He sits on my bed, with me in his lap. I don't pull away. "I'm sorry I pushed you."

"No, I'm sorry I said those things."

"I missed you."

"I missed you too." I looked up at him and saw he looked the same, but his eyes were sad. "I can't apologize enough." I say.

"Yes you can, I forgive you Vie. I understand why you did it. You needed space." I let out a small laugh.

"And when you left I realized that was what I didn't want." I look up again and see he is closer than before. I close the gap and our lips touch. It feels right to be kissing him again. The kiss is soft and sweet. We pull away and I smile.

"I'm sorry I left."

"I'm sorry I let you go."

"I can't believe you can walk again."

"One day I just moved my toes, and it was uphill from there." He laughed shaking his head.

"You have a warped sense of humor."

"Some people would say I have no sense of humor."

"Well, I'm the lucky one who gets to see it. And I love it, just like I love you."

"Jasper, what is going to happen after this?"

"After what?"

"I don't know, after we graduate, after my mom dies. What's going to happen?"

"We'll support each other, we'll stay together, unless you don't want to..."

"I do, I just- I'm worried that I'll be left alone." He hugs me tighter, pulling me against his chest.

"I will never leave you alone." He whispers in my ear.

"That all I needed to hear. What happened in California?" I ask.

"My mother was nice, she was welcoming. But she told me I could come live with her. I told her I have friends and a girlfriend to come back to." I blushed when he said girlfriend making him chuckle, "But she said 'I'm your mother, I should be more important.' She made me guilty that I was choosing my friends over her. Everyday there was a comment like 'Have fun with your friends,' or 'I hope their worth it'. She told me I was just like my father. Dying to get away from her. That was just the final straw, I couldn't take it anymore. I booked my flight and stayed in my room for the rest of the week." He sighs and I hug him.

"Your nothing like him." I whisper. "Your kind, caring, and you have people who love you. She'll regret saying that, I promise you."

"You always know just what to say." I close my eyes and listen to his heartbeat. "My heart beat is for you. For all the other people I love too, but it's mostly you."

"Mine is mostly for you too." I sigh and cuddle into him.

"Get some rest, you look like you haven't been sleeping."

"I haven't, I've been thinking of you." My eyelids begin to droop and I fall asleep in Jasper's arms.

How sweet! Did you get a cavity from it? I know I did! That's just how sweet it was. Don't forget to comment, vote, and check out my other stories. I just posted a knew story today called Killing My Mate. It's a werewolf story. We're already on chapter Thirty! That makes me sad! But also happy! I don't know how many chapters will be left.
