"Please, you need to understand, I have to help Ophelia! I need to make sure she's okay!" Aurora desperately begs the Queen for help, hoping Frigga could talk some sense into her husband. Loki's mother only sighs as she returns Aurora's belongings to her. Of course, Frigga finds Odin's verdict way too harsh for the red-headed traveller, but she has to agree that it's best to send the Midgardian back to her planet, for everyone's safety.

"I'm afraid there's not much change contingent, my dear." She assumes and shoots the prisoner a sympathetic glance. "I'm truly sorry. But now you must keep your strength. Maybe my other son, Thor, can help."

I need to get off this planet. I need a functional, modern spaceship to leave this lame, slow solar system, Aurora mentally groans and grabs her stuff, the two of them walk back to her cell.

Loki barely looks up from his book, trusting his instinct that it can only be his mother and the annoying newbie since royal guards would make much more noises while these steps are light and gentle, definitely belonging to women. He admits though that he is surprised that this mortal is apparently guilty of her crime. Even the trickster knows that she's innocent.

Frigga opens the cell and lets Aurora walk in, then she activates the force field before she throws her son a longing look once again.

"When Thor returns, peace shall arrive." The Queen's words are not only directed to the red-head, but also to Loki. Like any other mother, she just wants her children to get along with each other. The God of Mischief knows that these words should matter to him too, yet he ignores them. "Do not lose your hope, Aurora."

"Don't worry about me, Queen Frigga. But may I ask you for a favor?" The auburn-haired asks and Frigga nods, motioning her to continue. "It's probably too much to ask for but could I get some thread, cloth and a needle? I promise I won't do anything suspicious. But while we await Thor's return, maybe I can play for time. I would like to do handicrafts."

"Handicrafts?"

"I... I want to do something for Ophelia." This name is new to Loki's ears, he listens carefully. Every detail could be of importance. "She's a slave, an orphan. And when we reunite, and I know we will, I want to give her a gift."

This gesture stirs the Queen deeply and a gentle smile graces her lips. "A servant shall bring you all necessary errands."

"Thank you!" Aurora smiles brightly which only lets Frigga approve of her decision to let the girl share the cell with Loki. Maybe her son can one day smile again, too, even though the circumstances make it quite difficult. With a last glance at Loki, Frigga still hopes to receive a reaction before she leaves, yet he only gives her the cold shoulder.

Maybe one day, she thinks as she walks back to the palace, will this girl improve his condition.

Aurora listens to her music on her iPod, this time to What's up by 4 Non Blondes, while she is creating a star with the precious silk. The golden cloth is smooth, sleeker than anything she has touched ever before. Everything is so much easier with music and she hums along, her mood has gotten better after listening to music. In general, it's not difficult for her to be optimistic, that's how she's always gone through the universe.

I just need to have faith in myself and then everything's gonna be alright. This Thor guy will bring me to Terra and I'll build a ship there to get to Xandar. It shouldn't be that difficult. Yes, sounds like a good plan. It'd be a waste of time and energy to unnecessarily worry now.
