Chapter 8

Yoona's POV

"What the hell! Jinja, you idiot!! Crap! You scared the life out of me!!" I screamed as I got out of the car.

"Yoona?? Yoona!!"

I heard a muffled voice saying my name. That's weird, who's calling my name.. Oh, Jihee! I quickly picked up my phone that I had almost thrown at Jin.

"Jihee! Sorry! Yeah, I am okay. Nothing happened, calm down."

"Idiot! I thought you were getting mugged or kidnapped! I almost dialed the police!!!", Jihee yelled at me. I had to hold the phone away from ears to save myself from permanent loss of hearing.

"I am fine. Jin just took me by surprise."

"Who yells like that just because someone surprised you?! What's wron-- Wait. Did you just say Jin? "

Oh crap. I smack my forehead. I didn't even realize that I told her it was Jin. Now she won't let it go.

"Yes. I did. Yes, it's exactly what you are thinking. But I have to go now. Bye! I'll see you soon!" I quickly ended the call before she could interrogate me anymore.

"What did you just call me?"

Jin's POV

"AAAAAA!!"

I woke up with a start and couldn't help screaming in surprise, "Aaaa!! Wha-at! What happened?! What's going on?"

Then I saw the source of the scream, "What! You again?!"

"What the hell! Jinja, you idiot!! Crap! You scared the life out of me!!", she yelled at me as she stumbled out of the car.

This girl again! What is happening today? Why was she in my car? Is she following me? Did she lie about the meeting?

I got out of the car and saw her on the phone with someone. Did she say my name?

I was staring at her, waiting for her to finish her call, when it suddenly hit me-what she said when she got out of the car.

"What did you just call me?"

"I am so sorry! I didn't mean to call you an idiot! You just took me by surprise. I didn't see you when I got into the car. So I was completely shocked and you know how when people are in shock they say things without thinking. That's what happened! I swear!" she rambled on.

"What are you going on about? You called me an idiot?!" I hadn't even realized that she called me an idiot!

"So you didn't hear me? Oh! Well, just forget I said anything."

"Your screaming probably damaged my hearing! But that's not the point. What did you call me, other than an idiot, when you were screaming your head off?" I just wanted to confirm that my hearing wasn't actually damaged and I wasn't hearing things.

"I probably called you Jin, why?" She looked confused.

"Are you sure? I think you called me something else."

"Something else...? I don't know what.." She was muttering when her eyes opened wide.

"Jinja.."
