Millie's POV:
*few hours later*
I was just sitting on the sofa , nervous. I didn't know what to think of what to do. I hadn't gone on my phone or done anything apart from worry for hours. My mum walked in looking concerned.
"Are you...Ok?" She asked sitting next to me. I sighed and sat up.
"Ok so you know how mr Clarke records some of our performances?" I asked. She nodded. "Well he sent one that he thought was good to these guys who are making a Netflix show and he thinks I'll get an audition. But I'm scared in case I don't get the part or that I'm not good enough. I was going to tell you when they emailed back. If they do , I wasn't going to do it without asking don't worry" I lightly smiled. She grinned and hugged me.
"Millie this is amazing!" She had tears in her eyes. "You're going to get this part , Ok? This is just-WOW" she exclaimed.
"Mum don't get too excited I haven't got the part" I laughed.
"Yet" she added , winking. I rolled my eyes and laughed. I picked up my phone too see a ton of unread messages from Finn , my heart dropped. I instantly felt bad.
Finn: MILLIE
Finn: HELLO?!
Finn: I HAVE NEWS
Millie: OMG I'm so sorry I haven't been in my phone! Xx
He didn't reply instantly and I didn't blame him. I sat there until I heard my phone buzz.
Finn: IM AUDITIONING FOR A SHOW!
Millie: FINN THIS IS AMAZING!! Where's the audition? I'm so happy for you!
Finn: I know!! It's in LA which is cool but , thy don't think the show will be huge but it's a start!
Millie: WAITWAITWAITWAIT HOLD TF UP
Finn: hm?
Millie: you didn't mention ANYTHING about acting to me?!
Finn: oh yeah.....sorry? I just don't think I'm good at it
Millie: don't doubt yourself! Maybe when we're older we can have our own show together 😂😂😂
Finn: PAHAHAHA YES 😂😂
Millie: when is it?
Finn: uhhh July 11th so 1 month from now
Millie: ooooo exciting!
Finn: I'm nervous though 🤦🏻♂️
Millie: it's okay I am too. Are they giving you a part to read?
Finn: yeah they want me over there and I'm nervoussss
Millie: dont be you'll do great!
Finn: thanks mills 😊
Millie: you're always welcome ❤️
Finn: when will you find out from your teacher?
That got me thinking. When was I going to find out? Confusion ran through my mind.
Millie: I have no idea
Finn: Awh
Millie: it sucks

Millie: it's 12 am 😂
Finn: ohhhh are you an early sleeper?
Millie: yes I need my sleep , now goodnight wolfhard! 😂💓

I prepared some cereal , changed and went to bed smiling at the thought of Finn. He made me happy even if I had never met him. He made my life better , easier and just all around great. He wouldn't leave my mind. But I was fine with that.
