Often in life, we are oppressed
We go through a lot, and we feel ambivalent
Ambivalent about what could come next.
We fail to expect what will hurt us when the sun will rise
Often in life, we tend to give up
To leave everything behind us, and to hide
But...
More often in life, we stand
We fight, in the fear of loss
We fight to stay alive,
And we keep looking for a glimpse of light
Even when it's dark
We keep looking for hope...
We might not find it,
yet we keep looking for it.
We fear, but we're brave.
We're desperate, yet we keep hoping
We're weak, yet we keep standing
We're powerless, yet we are heroes.
