Seventeen Preferences & Scenarios

Living With Minghao (request)

- you and Minghao live in a nice, decently sized house

- it has a sunroom that served absolutely no purpose until Minghao screened off half of it as a pet area and turned the rest into a garden

- you two grow food-type plants on one side and climbing flowers on the other

- Minghao likes looking after the flowers and you love the kitchen garden aspect

- you have three bedrooms which is admittedly a little excessive but it's great on the all too rare occasions that Minghao's parents come to visit

- the third bedroom is more of an office and craft room honestly

- your living room has a whole wall of books that Minghao treasures

- and there's a den that you made into a dance studio (with Mingyu's help) as a birthday gift for Minghao

- your puppies and kitten run rampant through the house, best friends in the worst of ways

- Aegi and Angel were joined by a Shih Tzu/Pomeranian that came by the unfortunate name of Potato despite Minghao's attempts to name her XīngXīng (star)

- Vernon was the first to comment that as a very young puppy, she "looks like a furry potato with legs" and the name stuck

- she still answers to XīngXīng but only if Minghao calls her that

- to you she only answers to Potato

- F L U F F  T I M E

- you two are like so affectionate like wow

- you kiss a lot and like brushing hands and backhugging while walking around and snuggling on the couch and wow you and Minghao are just so Extra Soft™

- you two share a room and have probably the biggest softest bed ever to be made

- a typical day off with Minghao starts with him waking up first at any time between nine and noon

- he loves to nuzzle your face and shower you with kisses until you wake up

- him half hovering over you, propped up on his elbow, and beaming

- it's a beautiful sight to wake up to

- once he's sure you're awake he'll get up and bring you to the kitchen

- a glorious sight: Xu Minghao in his pajamas (often sweatpants and a baggy tee) and messy bedhead, standing at the stove with chopsticks in his hand as he makes the two of you breakfast

- there's a window in your kitchen so the late-morning light coming in makes it look like he's glowing

- you keep your dogs outside at night so you're only accompanied by the cat, Angel, in the morning

- who is a world-class bacon thief don't trust her

- but it is cute to see Minghao with a cat curled up in his lap or draped over his shoulders while he eats his breakfast

- and he definitely thinks the same way about you

- after breakfast and daily grooming it's time to let the dogs in

- they are very energetic and love to jump on you and lick your faces

- Minghao lovingly calls them his "fat little beasties"

- he absolutely hecking spoils them to bits

- you two generally try to get some housework done in the morning as Minghao doesn't like having messy living spaces

- you spend a little time with the dogs in the sunroom while Angel observes disdainfully from her perch on a shelf

- and then you have to make sure your garden doesn't die

- lunch usually consists of noodles and whatever side dishes you find in the fridge that look appealing

- and then Minghao likes to practice dance while you pursue your hobbies for a few hours in the afternoon

- he does try to get you to exercise with him and it succeeds about thirty percent of the time

- a thing you two love to do together is read to each other

- the beasties wear themselves out around four in the afternoon and go to sleep so you two hang out in the living room with dogs on your laps and reading out loud

- mostly Minghao reads but it changes up sometimes

- occasionally a member or a few of Seventeen will make a surprise appearance

- the prime offenders are the 97 line and the rest of the performance team desiring peace from the antics of the vocal and hip-hop teams

- which is cool with you

- you have a few game consoles and plenty of games and are pretty much always up for a match or five of super smash brothers or Mario Kart versus these crazies

- plus your dogs like,, actually adore these guys and you can't be mad when the beasties are so happy and cute

- often when this happens the visitor will stay for dinner

- Minghao makes the breakfast but you two work together for dinner

- he likes to surprise kiss you while you're walking past

- you two like to spend your evenings watching movies together and you've managed to get him into a few dramas despite some hesitance

- and you also help him learn English, which is always an adorable sight to see

- because while you're teaching him he often lays his head on your shoulder or in your lap while you talk

- and when he understands something the first time he looks up with a super cute smile

- bedtime doesn't happen until about eleven or twelve most nights, sometimes even until one or two in the morning

- there's just something about spending your days with Minghao that makes time go by so fast?

- he makes sure to give you goodnight kisses every night

- you are so cute and soft together I'm going to cry

- and when he's at work he video calls you to make sure you're not lonely and to tell you he misses you and can't wait to come home.
