"Where's Hana?" I frown when I realize I haven't seen her or Dorito since we've arrived at the venue.

Aya shrugs, "Maybe she'll get lucky."

"Would you like to dance, Aya?" Tony offers.

Aya smiles, "Love to."

I snort. "Wanna get wasted?" I mumble to Ashton.

He scoffs and nods in agreeance. "Love to," he mocks.

"CLEMENTINE!" Ashu rushes towards me and hugs me. I laugh and hug her back, "Hey! How are you?" I ask her.

"Awesome, and you? You guys look great!" she compliments me and Ashton.

I smile, "Aw thanks, so do you guys. How are you, Arin?"

"Great, thanks, Clementine. And yourself?"

"Really good, thanks."

"We're gonna go dance, you guys wanna come?" Ashu offers.

I look at Ashton and shrug in defeat, guess we can get drunk later.

"Sure."

"Looks like Aya and Tony are hitting it off," Ashton notices.

"And I don't see Hana and Dorito anywhere, which means they're probably debating lettuce quality somewhere," I add.

He snorts, "All right, Cupid. Take some time off and let yourself have some fun tonight?"

I grin and shake my head when Aya and Tony make their way towards us.

"Let's dance!" she says.

"Oh, no. I don't dance."

She smirks, "I know you can."

"Not a chance."

"If  I can do this," she dances, "You can do that."

"I. Don't. Dance."

"Hit it out of the park!" Tony adds.

We all break into laughter and Aya is near-tears, "Marry me."

Tony grins, it's the most I've seen him smile in forever. He was really depressed with his ex, she was a lot to handle. Really dramatic. Really toxic. He could use someone like Aya to lighten him up. Aya's a psycho and extra as hell for sure, but she loves with all her heart, and she's a good person. And Aya could really use someone like Tony to ground her, make her heavier, in a good way.

"Can I have everyone's attention, please?" Carolina calls out. "It's time to announce prom king and queen! This was a really tough call... This year's prom king is..." she reads over a piece of paper and grins, "Eric Knight!"

"WOO! GO ERIC!" I cheer from the top of my lungs with everyone else. Eric smiles as he walks up on stage and graciously accepts his crown.

"And this year's prom queen is... Isabella Fontanella!"

Eric's face lights up as Isabella makes her way up the stage. I smile and cheer her on, she looks beautiful. She blushes and smiles shyly.

"Please make some room for the king and queen's dance!"

Everyone disperses and lets them have their space.

"May I have this dance?" he asks her. Isabella rolls her eyes at him and smiles, "You may."

I watch Eric and Isabella, they have a spark that literally ignites the entire room. Anyone can tell how completely taken they are by each other, their happiness is overwhelming. Eric presses his forehead against her as they dance and smiles. She lights up and plants a soft kiss on his lips. Everyone aww's and snaps the couple. My heart for once completely and utterly bursts with nothing but happiness for my best friend.

The rest of the night is well-spent. We dance for a while, and it's like the senior trip all over again. No drama (for the most part. Stupid Bohemian girls. Pft). Stressfree. Happy. Even Adrien smiles at me, and I'm glad to see he has a date. Hana and Dorito finally show up, halfway through the night. Hana's face was flustered, and Dorito's hair was disheveled. Then we all decided to get drunk and leave.

"Let's never decide to throw a firecracker in the middle of a fountain, again," I clench my stomach to keep from laughing as we pull up at Aya's place.

"Literally hilarious."

"Y'all are crazy," Hana sighs.

"Says you! Hana, you disappeared for most of the night!" I tell her. "What the hell did you and Doritos do?" Aya pushes.

"Nothing!"

"SPILL NOW!" Aya orders.

"Oh my God you guys! It was so cute! We went to the rooftop and cuddled. And you guys it was SO cute!" Hana swoons.

"That is cute!" Aya says.

I press my lips into a flat line, "Is that all you did?"

Hana frowns, "Yeah. What else would I do?"

Aya and I sigh and pinch the bridge of our noses.

- HASSAN -

My eyebrows knit together at the knock on my door. I hesitantly open it, then raise my eyebrows in surprise, "Well, I'll be damned. You actually got out."

The man smiles a slow sinister smile before lighting a cigarette, "Told you I would, didn't I?" I laugh and welcome him inside, shutting the door behind us.

"Welcome back, Derek."
