Smiling Percy looked at her friends who stood next to her. Everyone lived.

We won. We won the war. Bloodly and beaten, everyone was still smiling and crying with joy. We had won. Many died yes, many sacrificed their lives in this war. The pressure of those deaths will not yet fully rest on are heads right now.

But the unspoken weight of defeating that Dirt Loving Power house and the monsters that had reformed because of her. Seemed to push the saddness of today back.

We've won another war, and are going to live on some more.

Standing at the feet of the gods the demi-gods seemed to smile and feel slight hope and freedom as their parents showed them love and pride in their actions.

Percy laughed as she looked up at the gods who slowly diseapered to fix what has been broken. Turning back to her friends she saw how they were facing towards the cliff, all close.

Walking towards them, she didn't notice but the more she got closer the more her feet seemed to be pushing its self to go forward.

Looking to find what is holding her back, her sight was met with bodies.

Bodies that were trampled and oozing blood. Some have lost body parts others looked to be half eaten or remains of what once stood alive.

Gasping Percy took a step back in fright. Her heel snapped something, turning around quickly she faced a mirror a mirror of what showed shadows of her former family.

"Come on Percy? Don't you want to play?" One shadow went and touched Percy's cheek.

"Aw, seaweed brain. Don't you miss us?" Another spoke and whispered into Percy's ear.

Each shadow seemed to come out of the mirror and wrap its self around Percy.

"Don't you love us, child."

"We love you."

"Our little pawn." Hands seemed to grab Percy on every part of her body. Leaving her eyes untouched so she can see what's happening.

"Come back, Toy. We miss you." The shadows seemed to grow more demonic as time passed.

"WE MISS YOU!" Soon the words they spoke repeated and repeated until Percy's inflicted image of herself screamed.

____________

"Hey, Serpent. We're close to are drop off." Sportsmaster looked at the awaken girl.

Percy touched her cheek before shaking her head. "Yah, Yah, Sporty-pants. I got it."

Sportsmater took his equitment and put them in their designated spots on his uniform.

Clasping her cloak around her Percy rearranged her weapons aswell before moving closer to the heli-crafts rear. Where it will open any second now.

"Remember, let me do the talking. These guys are wacko's. The Light is only teaming up with them for the blockbuster and venom combo they're able to make." Percy nodded at his words before pulling her hood down lower.

"I'll keep a low profile then." She smirked as Lawrence only shooked his head.

"Be my guest."

When the doors opened Percy vanished leaving a breeze of ocean dew in the air where she once stood. Jumping off the heli-craft Sportsmaster tighten his mask and let his men come out and start packing up the supplies.

"Lord Kobra." Sportsmaster greeted the leader od the group Kobra.

"Sportsmaster. The shipment is ready."Lord Kobra gave a nod to Sportsmaster before pointing towards some boxes that his men went to collect.

"The new Kobra Venom?" Sportsmaster questioned wanting to be certain Kobra knows that is what he is here for.

"A complete success. Our friends will not be disappointed." Lord Kobra insisted.

Percy sat on a tree watching this un-fold from the side lines. Bitting into an apple she had. Percy couldn't help but think how boring this is.

"This is a game-changer. Finally, we can go mano-a-mano with the Justice League." Sportsmaster grinned. Percy scoffs a little at his acting before snickering as she saw some of the leagues sidekicks running around in the back ground.

" amateurs." She spoke out loud making her self known to Kobra. "You got some side kicks running around behind you." Lord Kobra took noticed of this. Which called and all out attack from the side kicks.

"Busy now!" A streak of yellow crashed through multiple guards.

"Batman must be desperate If he sends his whelp to task me." Percy watched as Lord Kobra spoke to the side kicks. Sportsmaster seemed disinterested in them.

"What's wrong, Koby? You look disconcerted." The one named kidflash sassed before speeding away. Percy chuckled a little bit before getting out of her tree and standing next to Sportsmaster.

"This is beneath me. Shimmer, take him." Shimmer nodded before fighting the tiny superheros.

"Robin, now!" An Atlantean shouted. Percy rasied an eyebrow. She hadn't heard that her brother had a sidekick.

"Strategic retreat. Kid, clear a path." Percy watched the kids go for their exit. "Superboy, the support beams!" As the clone destroyed the 'Secret' entrance they came through Percy walked over and put her had on the rocks.

"What are you thinking Serpent." Sportsmaster asked.

"Just thinking about flooding them out." She smirked before she started to will a massive amount of water through the tunnels. "This should leave some marks." She smirked.

"What about the Alantean they have." Lord Kobra questioned. Not trusting the other villan.

"Believe me. He will fail to control this."

"How so."

"For the ocean does not like to be contained. That's so." Percy smirked as she awaited for the little side kicks return. Knowing they're going to come back.
