"Gaster? Hey wake up." Frisk shook the skeleton in hopes to wake him. He was tossing and turning all night and began to almost yell in his sleep. With a shove he sat up straight with a gasp and tears streaming down his skull.

He was crying.

"Are you okay?"

"I-I.. Where ?" 

"Hey its okay your back here now." Frisk calmed him down from a very intense nightmare. They sat in silence as the gasping calmed down. "Want to share? The nightmare- it helps when being shared."

"I was back in the underground a-and I came across a stupid black flower..."

"You had a nightmare about Flowey didn't you?" Frisk looked sad for him.

"Yes."

"Okay what happened."

"He taunted me, saying ill never be good enough and everyone hates me as he showed me things which I've done- bad things."

"Okay now what are these?" Frisk held the others hands in hers.

"Hands-"

"Not leaves, your hands. You are not that flower never have been."

"Thanks Frisk."

"Want to play a board game?"

"Its 3am."

"Who cares? Live a little." Frisk smiled.

"Okay." The other smiled back.

"You realize you promised Asriel you'd get him back- its been a month."

"I know."

"Well? Are we going to at least try?" Gaster asked.

They were currently in the living room in the castle, trying to be quiet so no one caught them.

"We will its just."

"Just?"

"I have no idea where to start if I'm honest. I've never actually did something like that."

"Well I have an idea." The monster spoke up.

"What?"

"Maybe we could alter the machine in Tori's old house to access save files."

"But I wasn't-"

"My save files. As flowey I was able to save-"

"Yeah I know, you literally used my save files against me."

"Um sorry? Anyways I could try to access them and find a save file that is weak enough to rip a punch into the void dimension, then we will copy it and turn it into a portal somehow- go through it and we will have a certain amount of time to  pull Asriel through and inject some matter that keeps his form together. Then we take him back here."

"One question."

"What?"

"If we go back to an old save file- won't we just be taking the old asriel back?"

"No- I think the void has the same properties all the way around meaning once he's in there. he is in there in all the save files."

"Oh." Frisk nodded.

"Plan?"

"Yeah. You really thought this through."

"I did."

"Should we tell Chara-"

"No."

"Why not?" Frisk asked.

"Because they uh wont exactly like us corrupting save files- not after last time."

"Last time?"

"Nothing." Gaster muttered.

"Its cant be 'nothing' if it will send Chara on a rage path."

"Look This isn't the first time we have got to the surface."

"W-what?"

"There were many attempts but everytime you reset it."

"I did?"

"You cant remember? huh interesting."

"Um."

"Well anyways once you made it to the surface it was like this accept I was still a flower and Chara still was a ghost. Accept you got bored after a while- Tori saw this and before you reset she blasted you out of anger. You were going to take her ending away form her and pull her pack into her lazy loop."

"..."

"The blast caused a fit of rage- your levels they went up to 19 because of your anger of betrayal. right when you hit reset the inner hatred of you burst out and corrupted the save file-it was a painful experience and Chara because she had no soul, felt it the most."

"I cant-"

"Remember...I know."

"I didn't realize I put-"

"Its fixed now. Forget about it, but yeah we are not telling Chara anything."

"Agreed."

Sorry its short Im slowly losing inspiration of this but I will finish it. Also doing Exams at the moment so Im really busy and wont update this for at least another 2 weeks.
