A few days after the day I almost left Famille'...

"I'm back, Mina!"

"H-hey, Rei..."

Like she said, Reimako had gone to see her stepmom.

After talking things over, it seemed they were getting on better now.

"We can take it slow, and gradually get to know each other as mother and daughter."

"That's what dad said."

"That's great!"

(That really is great new. Rei!)

One day, a while later...

"See...If you do it like this, it's easy to make good fried eggs!"

"Woah! You're right! It's not runny at all..."

Rei and I are making breakfast together.

Recently, she's been teaching me how to cook, and I'm getting a little better.

(I'm still nowhere near as good as her, though...)

(She's really enjoys cooking, and she's really is fast with a kitchen knife.)

"What's wrong, Mina?"

"Huh? Oh, uhh..."

"Oh, how to chop vegetables, right?"

"If you rest your hand like this..."

She casually takes my hand in hers showing me how to use the kitchen knife properly.

"Like this, see?"

(S-she really have soft hands...)

My heart is racing at this moment.

(W-wait, I need to concentrate or else...)

"Ehehehehe..."

The next thing I know, Rei is peering around my face.

"Your face is red, Mina."

"Huh?! Oh..."

"Sorry, I did I startle you by touching your hand?"

Rei sticks her tongue out mischievously.

(Aha..sh-she got me...)

"You say that Rei, but you're blushing too, you know." (of course I'm bluffing.)

"Huh?!"

Now that she's aware that herself she started to blush

(Ahahaha...same old Rei.)

As we make breakfast, teasing each other playfully...

"Look at you two lovebirds, first thing in the morning!"

"Huh?!"

"Eek! Miyoko!!"

Miyoko suddenly appears, and startled us both as we quickly move apart.

Then...

"Hmm? Why are you moving away from each other like that?" asked Raika.

"Hehehe...Don't mind us."

"Yeah, don't since we've been standing here since you two started cooking." Exclaimed Kasumi.

"Awkward..." said Yomiko.

(Wh-what? I didn't even notice them there!)

Then, we all eat breakfast together cheerfully.

The others teasing us as we do.
