We followed the pictures and had to do some rerouting here and there, but eventually we got there. I stopped a bit farther away from the destination to try and not be seen by any deviants.
"Alright, thanks a lot, Aaron. I'll see what I can find and if they are here, I will notify the army..." He got off and stared walking away, but I quickly stopped him.
"Connor, wait!" I took off the helmet and got off the motorcycle.
I ran to him.
"Please just,... be careful. And remember, whether you're deviant or not, it doesn't matter to me. I probably know what side you're on, but it's not too late to change your mind." I looked up at him.
He was silent for a moment.
"Take care of yourself, Aaron." He suddenly pulled me into a hug.
I let out a shaky sigh. After a few seconds he pulled away and started to walk farther and farther away from me. He'll be okay, I know he will...

"Hey, Hank." I sat down next to him on the bench.
He had a case of beer in between us.
"Seriously? Again?" I rolled my eyes.
"We... were suppose to have a surprise party today for your birthday." Hank sipped the bottle in his hand.
It took five seconds to process what he said.
"What?" My eyebrows crashed and I looked at him.
"But I guess everything is cancelled." He sighed.
I turned back at the view in front of me. Surprise party I thought to myself. It was starting to ignite memories of my parents. Memories I wanted to forget. I'm now getting stressed with everything that's happening. People overreacting with the deviants, still have no idea where my dad is, sad memories I have to cope with, it was all starting to get too much.
But more importantly, I was starting to have a bunch of questions worrying about Connor. Is he in trouble? Did he get caught? What if when the army comes, they might mistake him as a deviant? I started having second thought about letting him go. I didn't notice Hank calling out for me until I felt a push on my temple.
"Ouch!" I looked at hank with an angry expression.
"It looked like you were kind of freaking out." He sipped the bottle.
"Oh." Thats all I said before there was a big moment of silence.
The snow falling in my hair, the cold air hitting my face, the sight of the bridge in front of us, and the sound of liquid hitting glass as Hank drank his beer.
"What does alcohol taste like?" I said, staring blankly in front of me.
"Uh, why?" Hank gave me a suspicious look.
"Does't it make you forget things? Or try to?" I was still staring blankly ahead of me.
"It makes you do things you regret sometimes. You could hurt the people around you. When you wake up, you get a headache and theres a possibility of throwing up..." He answered.
"Then why do you do it?" I asked.
He kept silent.
"You weren't wrong when you said it makes you forget things." He nodded while taking another bottle from the case.
"Can I have some?" I asked.
He quickly took case of beer and put on his other side.
"Are you out of your damn mind? You're not even the legal drinking age yet!" He scolded.
I just looked down. I heard him sigh and he looked back in front of him.
"It'll always come back to you..." He mumbled. "The things you want to forget always come back..."

-Connor's POV-
I made it inside Jericho, surprised how no one was even paying attention to me. Which was great since I was trying not to catch anyone's attention. They were all facing each screen that was around the room or talking in little groups. I walked to the middle of the room to a table with... bombs?
I looked up and around to see some familiar faces like the android that ran away with a little girl, and the two Traci's from Eden Club. I was about to head upstairs before someone put a hand on my shoulder. Shit, did I get caught? Alright, just stay calm... I turned around to see an android with her wires sticking out. Her eyes were black and skin, orange.
"You're lost. You're looking for something..." I turned my whole body to face her. "You're looking for yourself..." That's all she said before walking off.
My eyes were glued to her until she disappeared from my sight.

"Should've brought Vanilla here." I said as I pet Sumo's head.
I was hanging out at Hank's place since he didn't want me to feel lonely with Connor gone. I was relaxing on the couch with Sumo, scrolling through my phone. The TV was on, and Hank was in the kitchen doing whatever he was doing.
"Catch." He suddenly spoke.
Before I could reply, I looked in his direction, watching an object coming closer. Instinctively, I raised my arm up quickly and it landed in my hand. I lowered my arm to take a look at the object before looking back at Hank.
"I'm not thirsty." I looked up at him.
"Well I know if I ask you to eat something you're gonna say no, so might as well drink something instead." He said while he was looking inside the fridge.
"Uh, alright, thanks." I awkwardly thanked.
My eyes we're glued my phone, staring at the blank screen. I could hear Hank's footsteps coming closer to me and Sumo. I looked to the side to see Hank taking a seat.
"So..." He started.
I tilted my head to the side.
"I want you to give me an honest answer." He continued. "Do you have feelings for Connor?" He looked straight into my eyes.
I put the drink down on the coffee table and I kept silent, looking confused at him.
"Y'know, like do you like like--" I cut him off.
"I know what you mean." I sighed. "If you want an honest answer from me, its gonna have to be, I don't know... I'm getting mixed emotions. He's an android designed to help us in investigating crimes and what not, but he is also more than that. He's someone that looks out for you when you're not eating, someone who protects me, someone who cares..." I finished.
"Hey! I care!" Hank admitted.
I pretended to be shocked.
*Gasp* "You care about me? My heart!~" I teased.
"Whatever..." He rolled his eyes while I laughed at his behaviour. "Do you want him to become deviant?"
I tilt my head to the side, thinking about my answer.
"I just want him to be himself. I want him to be able to make his own choices, be whoever he wants to be... without being told or programmed to. I want him to be able to be open about problems or happiness with me." I smiled to myself.
"I'm taking that as a 'yes'."
"Alright, Hank." I nodded my head.
