only two people commented questions lol but it's okay !! as a thanks for your questions, you guys can request an idol portrait or something because thankfully i have artistic inspiration even if writer's block is kicking my ass

· Q: favourite language, and how many do you speak? A: despite not speaking it, my favourite language is probably korean! it's because it just sounds so beautiful, and the alphabet and calligraphy is absolutely gorgeous. i love how it sounds, and tbh this sounds lowkey lame but i listen to k-idols talking just to chill out or to de-stress because the way it's spoken makes me feel very calm, especially when yoongi, namjoon or taehyung are speaking. and i speak two languages! english is my mother tongue, and portuguese is my second language and probably the one i use most day to day.
weird fact though: i hate speaking portuguese outside of friend circles because i'm constantly anxious that i'm gonna mess up the verb tenses or pronunciation. this is because portuguese people are mean and terrible at being nice when correcting someone, lol, save me
· Q: where are you from? A: i'm from the uk, devon specifically (it's in like... the southwest), but i've lived in portugal for all my life and i consider it my country, like patriotically & etc. i support portugal in the world cup bc england as a country is shite!
· Q: how many groups do you stan? A: ohhhh boy... ok i stan bts (my ults!!) seventeen, nct (nct u is my fave subunit), monsta x, got7, stray kids, day6, bigbang, twice, red velvet, pentagon, triple h (rip), & the rose kinda. i'm trying to get into ikon/the boyz rn & i'm always up for more recommendations when it comes to groups :)
· Q: what are your hobbies? A: asides from writing (which tbh at this point is like a job rather than a hobby lol), i love to draw and sing, and i play the piano very occasionally. i love anything to do with chemistry, physics and astrology, if those are considered hobbies, and i love reading (both fic and actual books) so so much!! watching tv shows, animes, dramas & movies is also a big part of my life (i get a lot of inspiration from watching stuff). i also love reading and writing poetry, and i'm really interested in learning more languages once i've finished this year at school, bc i'm currently learning french and it sucks ass.
· Q: what kinda food do you like? A: asian food is the booooooooomb! curries from india, thailand and indonesia are really frequent meals in my house, because my parents traveled asia when they first met each other, and i adore korean spices and korean style fried chicken, plus chinese chow mein, chop suey & sweet and sour anything... mmm.. portugal's traditional food is actually gross lmao and english food is good but asian food owns my ass.

· Q: favourite book? A: my favourite book of all time is the perks of being a wallflower by stephen chbosky who is my favourite director as well as author. i just really deeply relate with charlie & patrick's characters and the way charlie experiences mental health problems is very much what i feel. it makes me cry every time, believe it or not. i also adore all of john green's books, especially turtles all the way down, and khaled hosseini & hanif kureishi have writing styles i'd love to achieve
· Q: favourite song/group/artist of all time? A: oOF okay i will need to list five of each bc i can't think of just one

· Q: where do you get your inspiration from? A: oh boy... there's a lot of things that inspire me. my mind is like a big flurrying snowstorm of ideas and occasionally one just floats down and pop! there's a oneshot.
a lot of things i write come from inspiration i get daily, just listening to music or even like driving to school. i start narrating things in my head and then i quickly try jot them down before i lose them. some of my writing is inspired by movies—ghost, my jihope two-shot, was inspired by the 70s movie of the same name, for example, or my namgi oneshot, if we hit on troubled water, which was inspired by the bridge to terabithia—, some by songs—shooting stars all break up & let the river run—, and some are just ideas i'll think up and brainstorm with my friends. uhhhh my inspiration has no definitive source??? lol??? so i guess this isn't really a straight answer?? usually i'll list where i get specific information from ... idk sorry if this wasn't the response u wanted lol
