Y/N POV

I get up out of bed. I tried to sleep, but really couldn't. I got a text from the school saying we won't have school for today to recover from the U.S.J attack. I get ready for the day by putting on black jeans, a gray sweater with a black heart, and I would wear gray converse, and go to the café downstairs.

Yuri is drinking a tea and doing paperwork in the living room area upstairs, which is where the living area is. Downstairs, I see Natsuki making cupcakes in the kitchen, fending off Sayori, who keeps trying to take the freshly baked cookies. I see Monika sipping some coffee, her eyes glued to the news.

"Good morning..." I struggle to say.

"Hey, Y/N! How did you sleep?" Sayori asks, leaving Natsuki alone.

I shrug.

"Oh...the dark circles under your eyes are much darker than normal..." Sayori points out.

I sigh.

"Well, if you'd like you can help out the café," Monika suggests.

I nod and say,
"I need to do something..."

"You're talking better. Good," Yuri notices.

"Okay, well first off...you can help Natsuki in the kitchen!" Monika suggests.

I nod and go to the kitchen.

"I need you to make chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting, strawberry cupcakes with vanilla frosting, and vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Got it?" Natsuki orders and I get to work.

It's the afternoon now. Yuri and Monika sent me out to go and get some fresh air. I haven't left the café since I woke up this morning and all of the Doki's decided I should take a break and go for a walk. So...here I am, walking around town, my eyes glued to the ground.

Should I go into a store and browse or...just keep walking?

I then bump into someone. I stumble and almost fall, but the person catches me.

"Sorry for bumping into you, I wasn't really looking where I was going...Also, thank you for catching me," I quietly say to the person, looking up.

It's Tokoyami.

"Oh! Hello, Tokoyami, how have you been?" I say quietly after I recognize the person I bumped into.

"Hello, Y/N. I'm doing well, how about you? You collapsed after the U.S.J attack, I heard," Tokoyami replies with a hint of worry.

"I'm alright..." I quietly mumble, noticing the dark gray clouds in the sky.

"Are you sure? You look like you didn't sleep well...and sorry if this comes off as rude but...you don't every really appear to sleep well. Since the first day of school, you've had dark circles under your eyes. They just look darker today..." Tokoyami whispers.
