Yaoyorozu and Tokoyami's talk

Y/N POV

The big three eventually came down and had some pancakes. They, of course, loved them. After every had stuffed themselves full of food, we all cleaned up the kitchen. Momo tells me about the festival. I decide to go on my own just to explore for the first day. For the first few days, everyone sets up everything up.

I exit the hotel and start my walk.

Wow...this place is amazing...look at all of the lights being set up...I bet it will be super bright when nighttime comes...and look at all of the color booths! Those will be tons of fun to visit when this is all set up!

Fumikage Tokoyami POV

It's strange. Asui seems to appear out of nowhere. Sometimes we just talk, other times...it's like she's trying to distract me away from Y/N...also...whenever Y/N isn't looking, Asui will glare at her...

Y/N just elbowed me out of the kitchen so...is she mad at me? Is she upset with me? Is she asking Asui to do this?

I sigh out loud.

I'm unsure...maybe I should ask Yaoyorozu. Her and Y/N have become very close...

I walk over to Yaoyorozu, who was on the first floor looking around. I ask her if we could talk in private and she says okay.

We step into the elevator and head to the fourth floor. We walk over to two couches facing one another and sit down across from each other.

Yaoyorozu breaks the silence by asking, "What is it you wanted to talk about?"

"It's about Y/N...is she upset with me? If so...why? What did I do?" I ask Yaoyorozu, looking down at the floor.

Yaoyorozu sighs. She then explains in a cold, monotone voice,
"Y/N is probably upset with you because you've been ignoring her. You and Asui have been hanging a lot, and it's obvious you and Asui have feelings for one another. You didn't even say to Y/N that you no longer felt that way about her, you just ignored her. You played with her feelings. It's even worse that you don't know what you did, or why Y/N is upset with you."

Y/N...and Yaoyorozu...both think I like Asui...I don't...Y/N is the only one I've ever felt that way about...

I take a deep breath and explain everything Asui and me to Yaoyorozu. I tell her about how I've tried to talk to Y/N but Asui stops me every time, until this morning. I tell her about this morning. She listens to everything.

"You're showing no sighs of lying...Y/N taught me how to tell. She also gave me all the information I need to make a lie detector," Yaoyorozu states, holding up a small, glowing green, screen, similar to a phone. She then continues to explain,
"Green means truth, red means lie...*sigh* I suppose Y/N wasn't looking for if you were telling the truth or not this morning...I set up a time for you to talk to her. I think I can call her and we can meet up with her."

"That would be great, thank you, Yaoyorozu," I say, slightly hopeful.

Yaoyorozu calls Y/N. She puts her on speaker. They for a moment about their days. Then, Yaoyorozu ask Y/N to meet up with her and me. Y/N is hesitate but agrees.

"Great were meeting in the open field you're currently at, see you soon, Y/N!" Yaoyorozu says goodbye into the phone.

"Bye Yaoyorozu! See you and Tokoyami soon...*loud gasp* WHAT THE! HOW?!?!?" Y/N exclaims so loud into the phone it hurts me ears. There are sounds of screaming and things burning coming over the phone.

"What's happening? Are you alright?" Yaoyorozu says worried into the phone, her face full of fear and panic.

"Get the pros! Hurry! I'll try to hold them back as long as possible and make sure they don't harm anyone! It's a red demon! They have fire attacks!" Y/N shouts over the phone. Then, a loud explosion sounds and the call is disconnected.

"Y/N!!!" Yaoyorozu and I shout in sync at the phone.

"I'm getting help!" Yaoyorozu announces and runs towards the elevator.

I need to get Y/N out of there...I need to help her...I don't want anything to happen to her!

Earlier...
Y/N POV

Woah...it's a huge, empty field! It looks like they haven't started setting up here yet...

My phone suddenly starts vibrating.

It's Momo.

I hit answer.

"Hey, Momo! What's up? How's your day been?" I ask cheerfully over the phone.

"It's been pretty good. Yours?"

"Awesome! It's so cool to see everyone working hard to set up the festival."

"That's good...Umm...Y/N?"

"Hm?"

"You know...I just found out Tokoyami wasn't ignoring you on purpose. Asui has been jumping in and distracting him from you. Could...Tokoyami and I meet up with you and...talk?"

I hesitate.

I know Tokoyami wasn't lying...but...I still feel...upset...I don't know...I'll think about it...it would do no harm to talk to him though...right?

"Alright..." I reply to Momo and give her my location.

"Great were meeting in the open field you're currently at, see you soon, Y/N!" Yaoyorozu says over the phone.

"Bye Yaoyorozu! See you and Tokoyami soon..." My words slowly drift off.

A giant red demon comes out of a portal.

"WHAT THE! HOW?!?!?" I shout so loud the phone picks it up.

The red demon shoots fire out of it's mouth and a building goes up in flames. People run out and are ballistic, screaming their heads off.

"What's happening? Are you alright?" Momo says worried over the phone.

"Get the pros! Hurry! I'll try to hold them back as long as possible and make sure they don't harm anyone! It's a red demon! They have fire attacks!" I shout over the phone.

The red demon blows more fire at the people. While running towards them, I reach up and break my halo with one hand. When I'm in front of the crowd, I cross my free arm over my face. The fire hits my magic shield and dies.

I then see a huge explosion go off, knocking me back. My phone slips out of my hand and shatters.

Well shoot...I hope the pros get here soon...
