TUESDAY
Avoiding his eye contact was nearly impossible today.
He was purposefully trying to get my attention.
I was just minding my own business when I could see him bending over constantly.
Confused, I looked up and met my eyes with his chocolate melts.
From across the platform, he smiles softly.
I look around me to make sure there isnt anyone else around.
There wasn't.
I look back at him and he's just pacing around the platform.
Am I being delusional?
I turn back towards my phone, ready to text Lisa.
I suddenly see him waving his arms around.
Looking up once again, he puts up his finger telling me to keep looking at him.
He goes behind the beam, popping up on one side and goes cross-eyed while poking his tongue out.
I laugh.
He goes behind it again and pops up on the other side with a frowny face.
He does this two more times.
One, revealing his symmetrical grin and the other showing me a brooding look.
Even when he's silly, he's handsome.
The train comes between us and I'm sad our interaction is cut short.
Inside the cart, he gives me a little wave.
I wave back with a tint on my cheeks.
Does this make us friends now?
