Zia woke up to the smell of eggs cooking. Hungry, but still tired, she yawned as she entered the dining room/kitchen to see KC was cooking.

She yawned again as she saw down, trying to wake herself up by slapping her face a bit. "Tired?" KC asked her as he finished the food, setting it on the table. Zia realized she was right as he had cooked eggs. "Yeah, I stayed up until midnight taking turns asking everyone what they wanted to work on and then creating a training regimen for each." She answered.

Suddenly, Ari, Zia's mother, entered through the back door in her gardener's outfit. That made the girl smile a bit. Her mother always did like flora and has grown her own garden since Zia could remember.

"Well, I think you should take a break today. Which means you can help me with my garden after you're done eating." Ari ordered with an innocent smile. Zia knew she wasn't going to get out of this, her mother is somehow more stubborn that she is.

Zia sighed as she ate her eggs. "Alright. I guess we are doing chores today." She said in a relenting voice. Sky, who has been dragged into these things with Zia before, groaned as she realized what that meant. Emmy, KC, and Kirlia were confused. And, as always, Kaida was in her own mind as she happily munched on her Pokemon food.

When they were done, Ari led them outside and told them to wait as she got something from around back. When she returned, she was pulling along a huge cart with her. "Okay, so I need you to visit the Xanadu Nursery and pick up three to four hundred pounds of fertilizer for me." Ari stated.

Zia leaned closer to KC. "Run!" She yelled and bolted for it with Kaida in her arms, leaving the others behind. Sky had caught on first and went after her, followed by the rest. "Wait! Zia Ray Braxs, get back here now!" Her mother shouted after them, but was ignored.

Zia, KC, and the Pokemon all ran into the mountains as they stopped to catch their breath. "I... can see why... you're so scary... and stubborn now." KC panted as they rested. "I really don't know if that's supposed to be a compliment or not, but I'm going to take it as one. For your sake, not mine." Zia told him seriously.

"See what I mean?" He asked Kirlia quietly, getting a nod of agreement. "What's that?" Emmy suddenly asked as they all turned to see where she was looking to see a giant dome. Zia felt it was familiar and began walking towards it, the others following.

As they got closer, Zia remembered what this place was. "What is this place?" KC asked as he looked over the huge glass dome that was covered by vines inside and out, plants littering the inside. "It's the Xanadu Nursery. My mom and I used to come here all the time. I'm surprised it's still even up and running, the man who owned it moved away ages ago. I wonder who's running it now..." Zia trailed off as she thought about it.

"Who's that?" KC asked as he pointed inside the dome. The rest looked where he was but couldn't see anything. "What do you mean? I don't see anyone." Zia said, confused. "I swear I saw a girl. She had a dress on and long purple hair. I saw her in that clearing right there." He pressed. Suddenly, a Gloom walked into that same area.

Before any of the others could comment, someone interrupted them. "What are you all doing here?" A voice asked. They all turned to see a guy with brown hair and something on his back that led to a nozzle that he was holding. "He's got a flamethrower! Please don't shoot, I don't like fire!" Emmy screamed as she slithered behind Zia and KC. They looked back at her, unimpressed.

"So, you're training for the Pokemon League." The man stated after they had moved into the greenhouse. The thing on his back actually turned out to be a water container as he used the nozzle to gently water the plants. "I always wanted to be a Pokemon trainer. My name's Potter, and I work here in the nursery. A lot of trainers visit because their grass-type Pokemon love it." Potter added.
