A/N: This is in Paradise right after Newts death (let's cry together now) you and your boyfriend Thomas got into yet another huge fight (about y'all 9th one) and to top it all off you are mourning the death of y'all best friend.

"I can't do this with you right now Thomas!" You screamed at him with tears pouring down your face. You ran to your room and slammed the door shut before getting in your bed and hiding in the covers crying.

Thomas went to the ocean at the bottom of the homes. He picked up rocks and started throwing them into the water. He was mad that y'all had started another argument after he just lost his best friend.

Maybe you should just leave him? You thought to yourself. After so many augments do you still love him? More than anything. Your eyes started to get heavy from crying.

Maybe, just maybe what Thomas has saw wasn't real and what you were telling him was but this isn't the first time you've lied to him so why should he believe you?

The next morning, You stood up from your bed and looked in the mirror to see tear stains on your face, dark circles under your eyes and your hair a mess.

You walked out of your room running your fingers through your hair. You turned towards your right and saw Thomas sitting on a log.

He looked up and made eyes contact with you and you looked away. He looked at the ground tears blurring his vision for the millionth time.

You looked back over your shoulder and saw a tear running down his face. You felt your heart cave in and you realize he needed you as much as you needed him.

He looked up and saw you looking at him and gave you a weak smile but you turned back around. He kicked the sand under his shoe and put his face in his hands.

He stood up and was going to walk over to you and stopped a few steps behind you. He just froze looking at you and thinking of all the times y'all have hurt each other. It wasn't healthy, but he would never leave you bc you were his everything.

You were standing thinking back to all the times he has yelled at you and hurt you and all the times you hurt him. It wasn't good. You couldn't leave him you needed him just like you need air to breathe, without him you couldn't live.

He walked up to you and placed a hand on your shoulder and you turned around to see Thomas. You caved, your wrapped your arms around his torso and cried into his chest.

"I-I'm so-" you tried to apologize but chocked on tears.

"Shhh. This isn't your fault baby, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" he told you holding you tighter to his chest before kissing your head.
