YN was sitting blindfolded in a staff car riding down an Solitas road with Emily as they drove towards Emily's thank you gift to YN.
YN: Where are we going?
Emily: (innocent voice) Baby, if I told you it wouldn't be any fun now would it?
YN: I guess not. Still, could you give me a hint?
Emily: It's something that I think you will love.
YN: A kiss from you?
Emily: That isn't the surprise, but I'll give you one right now.
Emily then gives YN a little kiss on the lips and YN gives a little chuckle.
Driver: Your majesty, we'll be there in two minutes.
Emily: Not long now.
The car then pulls up outside a mountainside palace.

Emily: YN, you can take your blindfold off now.
YN takes off his blindfold and he is shocked by what he sees.
YN: This is amazing! How long are we staying?
Emily: As long as you want. This is yours.
YN: What do you mean?
Emily: It is a thank you gift for delivering Atlas to me. Do you want to go inside?
YN: Yes please.
They go inside and YN is taken aback by the splendid wealth and luxury that must have gone into the production and maintaining of such a palace. YN then sees thirty maids neatly lined up.
Maids: Welcome to the snow palace my lord. How may we serve you?
Emily: They are all conditioned to obey any orders you give them. They are all between twenty and thirty years old and they are trained in both unarmed, and armed combat. They are the caretakers of your new home.
YN: It is perfect! Thank you so much!
YN then gives Emily a passionate kiss on the lips and a loving hug.
YN: How big is it?
Emily: Seventy rooms with a total of two hundred thousand square feet, a ten car garage, in addition to an armory and workspace and an indoor pool. It sits on two hundred acres and it comes with the small idillic mountain village of Hisilburg which covers an additional eight square miles of land.
YN: It comes with a fiefdom?
Emily: Indeed, the population of one thousand are to be your playthings. Think of it like one of those city management games you love to play.
YN: I feel bad that I have nothing to give you in return.
Emily: YN, you already gave me two countries, this is the least I could give you in return.
YN: Will there be a tithe similarly to that of a hive city?
Emily: Only a token one. Five percent. But don't worry, they will be subject to the laws and taxes that you set. How about we go see the bedroom?
YN: (puts hands on Emily's hips) I would like that very much.
They then go to the master bedroom.

They then engage in, rather interpersonal activities.
As the sun rises YN gets into his car and goes to inspect the village of Hisilburg.

The first thing YN does is he goes to the magistrate and passes a law saying that anyone who uses the word axe instead of ask will pay a ten Lien fine. An example of this is "can I axe you something". He also makes it a crime to wear both socks and sandals, for that you would pay one hundred Lien. Littering is also a crime. From something as small as throwing a cigarette butt to leaving food about is now a crime. Also panhandling and begging are crimes as well. To boost the happiness of the populace he also starts several public works projects. Dirt roads are now cobbled and new sewers and electrical lines are laid underground. In addition, a clinic and a new school have been built to help the populace.
AN: this isn't all at the same time, it takes about a month and a half.
