The required number of workers, attendants, and guards to maintain the White Palace is truly mind boggling. It requires an army of forty thousand guards, Psychic Commandos makeup half while the palace guards makeup the other half. These palace aren't the conventional Imperial guard, or even the Adeptus Astartes. The guards of the White Palace, and by extent the Emperor and his family, are called the Guards of the Imperium. They are the best of the best, even better than the death guard. They also have more implants and augmentations and are generally taller than the average Space Marine. They have golden coloured armor with an eagle theme to them.
The Psychic Commandos are psykers that are formed into an elite infantry regiment and they are placed under direct control of the emperor.

Psychic Commandos
The maids of the palace number eighty thousand and they are still up to the standards of the Snow Palace. This huge number is excluding the number of gamekeepers, rangers, musicians, singers, conductors, electricians, tailors, mechanics, plumbers, wallers, floorers, window cleaners, gardeners, fishers, cooks, armor repairmen, and weaponsmiths. With all of the aforementioned staff, the total goes up to one hundred thousand. The maids and butlers work around the clock to polish all the weapons and armor, blacken the boots, minor repairs to the clothes and drapes. They also polish the metalwork, statues, the throne, and some other objects that require polishing. They also attend to every beck and call of the Imperial family.
The gamekeepers, rangers and gardeners look after the massive forty six square mile estate and they have a rather nice time while doing it, at least the rangers do. Their job is to ride around the perimeter on horseback and to kill grimm and attack trespassers. Not to warn them but to flat out attack them.
