"Where did that come from?" Jughead asked.
"Who else knows we're here?" Archie questioned.
"Why'd you say it like that?"
Then three guys in black ski masks came through the doorway.
"Oh my god." Veronica said before they all went to the other side of the table.
"You rich summer folks never learn." One of the guys said, "You just keep walking around town, flashing more cash then we see in a year. We're gonna take what we want and then we're gonna go. If you guys behave yourselves, nobody gets their skulls knocked in."
"Fine, take what you want. We won't give you any trouble." Archie said with a tight grip on his girlfriend, trying to get her behind him.. but she wasn't budging.. classic stubborn Jade.
"Where's your purse?" The guy said to Veronica.
"Um, it's." She thought, "in my bedroom."
"Let's go to the bedroom."
"No. No way are you going with her up there alone. I'll go." Jade said and Archie squeezed her wrist, where he had a grip on her. Even though they had just had a fight, and Jade was on opposite sides of Veronica, she still tried to defend her friend. She's the type of person that would let someone hurt her before they even laid a finger on someone she cared about. She'd do anything to keep her friends and family safe.
"Jade, it's fine. I'll be fine." Veronica said, "We'll be right back. Everybody just needs to stay calm."

"Can we go already?" One of the other guys said to the other guy that just got back with Veronica.
"You got the cash?" The third guy asked
"Yeah. I got the cash."
"Then you got what you wanted." Archie said.
"Not everything, not yet." The guy said, "Why don't you guys get down on your knees?"
"Come on, man, let's not do this." One of the guys others protested.
"Shut up. I said, on your knees. Hands behind your backs." The guy said, "Do it!"
Veronica went on her knees, then Betty followed by Jughead and Kevin. Veronica pulled on Jade's sleeve, and the girl finally went on her knees followed by her boyfriend.
"It's a nice cabin. I'm sorry we have to make such a mess in it." The guy raised his hat, but the phone rang and stopped him, "The hell is that?"
"That would be the security company, calling to check on the silent alarm I hit in my bedroom. I'd say you hillbillies have about thirty seconds to run for it before this place is swarming with guards who will shoot first and ask questions never."
"Screw you, rich bitch." The guy said before yanking the girl's pearl necklace off and running behind the two other guys.
Archie, being the person he is, got up and ran after the guys.. and Jade, being who she is, got up and ran after her boyfriend. They both ignored their friends pleads for them to not go.
Archie was fast and was almost caught up to the guy, with Jade not far behind. She's done her fair share of running in her life, so she's pretty fast as well. Archie tackled the guy and pulled off his mask. Andre then came out of no where..
"Andre, there were some other guys with him. Did you see them?" Archie asked.
"Go back to the cabin. I'll take it from here."
"What? What are you gonna do?"
"I said, I'll take care of it."
Archie pushed the guy to the ground before him and Jade went back toward the cabin, neither of them speaking. A gunshot sounded through the forest, stopping both of them in their tracks.
