The weather was actuallly nice. The gusty winds and the thunder were screaming aloud that the clouds would rain. But I couldn't care less. I was feeling so light, free from the burden.

I had changed a lot over the years, don't know if it was for the better or for the worse. But she didn't change a single bit. I try to keep everyone away from me but she still sees into my eyes as if they are open windows and I feel that there's nothing I can do to stop her.

I couldn't help but smile when I thought of our childhood days. Her touch brought me out of my thoughts.

"It's getting cold," Eve said as she wrapped a scarf around my neck.

It was just amazing to see her wrap that scarf around me again, the same way she did back then. When we were kids, she was wearing that scarf. She put it around me because she feared I'd catch cold. That scarf was the first gift I ever received in my life. Her memories were erased, but she was still just like always... as warm as ever.

"Where did it come from?" I asked because I didn't see any scarf in her hand before.

"I thought it would get cold. So brought it with me. You don't seem to prefer any other warm clothes," She replied with a smile.

That smile was my salvation. I don't know what would have happened to me if not for her. She saves me, again and again. When I was just a kid, when I was falling from Eden and now... I felt like she was born to be my guardian deity. I used to think I was blessed with strength, but every time I see her, I feel so weak and powerless.

It is my dream to become like my angel. I had made a silent vow to follow her, to revere her, and to worship her. I think this was the only sane choice that I've ever made. And I hope they one day I'd be able to reach her heights and open up my heart to profess.
