Minho - Childish

You were at a date with Minho celebrating your 6 months anniversary, but so far it wasn't exactly going too well. It started out pretty nice with a nice dinner where you just talked about how you first met and got together. Afterwards you went to a park to watch the stars, and that's when it all went wrong. You and Minho had an age gap, with you being younger, meaning that you also often had more energy than he did, on top that you weren't exactly the most sporty person. He on the other hand were often out of energy when the two of you met up because of dance practice, which resulted in the two of you often staying at home. But when you actually went out you would often end up doing something stupid in the middle of the street and make him embarrassed.

What you would do to embarrass him would differ from day to day, but you never did it to actually embarrass him. He had scolded you about it many times and called you childish which resulted in the two of you fighting. The reason you still did it was because he would never care about it when you were just with Stray Kids or home alone. He only cared when you were in public, but you wanted him to embrace it, cause everyone does stupid stuff from time to time. But he just got annoyed with you again and again. The thing is that he never realised how much the word childish hurt you, especially when it came from him.

And that's what had happened once again. You had looked at the stars, had some extra energy and decided to do some dancing and yoga in front of Han River. Since there were so many people there he was quick to make you stop and sit down again. "Can you stop being so childish?" Is the words that had left his mouth. "Not again." You said in a muffled voice. "What did you say?" Minho asked rudely, clearly hearing what you said. "I said not again Minho! This always happens and I am sick of it!" You said confidently. Normally you would give in and let him win this fight, but not today. "And why is that huh? It's because I always tell you to stop but you never listen! You seemed way more mature when we first started dating, but after a while you started acting super childish! Why is that?" He had raised his voice. It was clear that none of you were backing down now.

"I'll admit that I was scared that you would look at me as a child if I was 100% myself, but I didn't change myself that much as you make it seem. I pretended to be a little more mature, but only a little! And when I got more comfortable around you I relaxed and became 100% myself around you. And I did that after a month and you're still here with me five months later! So why does it suddenly matter so much?" By this point you were basically screaming at him.

"It matters because I'm sick and tired of this! You know very damn well that I value my image in Stray Kids, so when you go around acting like a child, people will judge me for it too!" He was screaming right into your face and you were ready to scream back. "Yeah cause acting like a kid with Stray Kids is just SO different from acting like a kid with me! You don't mind at home or around the boys at all but you make such a big deal out of it everywhere else when you're only with me! If you despise it that much then go and date Jisung instead!" The people around you were now intensely staring at you two but you didn't care.

"You know what, maybe I will! I don't mind being a little childish, but you're too childish too often for me! I'm tired of talking about this with you over and over! So let's just not do that anymore!" When he realised what he said he covered his mouth with his hand. Your eyes were slowly creating tears. You tried to see if he was serious or if you could see some type of sadness or regret. But you couldn't. You stood up grabbing your stuff walking away from him. You were hoping he would try to stop you in some way, but he didn't. You couldn't even hear if he was still breathing. So you just continued to walk without turning back. Your tears slowly running down your cheeks. You would forever remember his hurtful words.
