'And suddenly is was very simple; there was no choice.'

She couldn't breath. The dress was already tight on her slim figure, but the corset made it unbearable, the lace green with expensive swirls of silver and gold, suffocated the air out of her lungs.

She hated it.

It had taken her mother, and Arianna Lestrange, days to find the appropriate attire for the day. And even longer to decide what accessories they wanted to match it with. Leather heels, so high she was afriad she would toppple over, they made her feet ache like mad.

Not even mentioning the claw like nails they had decided to cement onto her fingers, Kefira hated the whole thing. Her hair felt heavy from the amoutnt of accessories and products latched onto it. One thing she could be thankful for was that that her mother pinned her hair back out of her way so she didn't have to deal with it in her face.

Sarah had openly expressed her hatred towards the idea of a sixteen year old getting married, each of which time Kefira would only hold a soft smile onto her face as she listened to te older woman rant.

The first few weeks seemed to drag as she was at home, for time seems to take longer when one is basking in their own misery, however when her brother returned home late June time seemed to go quickly - not neciserally because she was enjoyijg herself, the unbelievable looks her brother sent her wasnt plesant, but because she knew the time was arriving so soon.

Kefira's ways had gotten worse, and there she sat the night before her wedding, hands shaking and head pounding where she let the tears run freely down her face into a pool on her knee.

Lifiting her hand towards her mouth, Kefira placed the tablets in her mouth. Swallowing deeply Kefira let out another sob as she heard her door jingle. Quickly attempting to wipe her eyes, the blonde turned to see who had entered her cold bedroom. It wasn't full of books or posters like most rooms, it only held the basics that a room should have. For her parents never wished for any of their children to decorate their rooms in any of their persionalitys. Kefira's room was even more empty than normal, for she wasn't going to be a Howendale soon, she would be a Lestrange tomorrow.

"Kefira." Leonard spoke, Kefira didn't recognise the emotion in his voice. It didn't quite sound like anger but it didn't sound sad either, maybe it was pity?

"What do you want?" She tried to make her voice sound cold, but truth be spoken she didn't want him to leave for at this moment all she wanted was comfort.

"I-" He paused for a second, breaking his thoughts away from what he was going to say. "Why are you doing this?"

Snaping her crystal eyes to her brother she looked at him, "What do you mean?"

"You know what I meam, Kefira." Leonard hissed walking towards her bed, "Why haven't you left yet?"

"Why would I keave?" Kefira asked standing up.

"I'm leaving." Leonard spoke, "So is Sirius, tomorrow night."

"Why are you telling me this?" Kefira questioned, rolling her eyes to attempt at expressing hatred.

"Come with us." Leonard replied, his voice holding care towards his twin as he looked into her red eyes. He knew she was ill, that she wasn't going to survive another month or two like this. He didn't know exactly what was wrong with her - only that whatever was the matter with her, whatever she was doing to cope all had something to do with the wedding that was to take place tomorrow. "We're going to the Potter's. Sirius has practically lived their for years but is finally being disowned and at the end of the year James also said hat I was welcome to come - you aswell."

Kefira furrowed her eyebrows, James Potter despised the girl, Sirius Black aswell. "I'm not leaving."

"What - why not?" Lee asked in a flurry of panic, he didn't want to leave his sister here.

"You know im not going anywhere. Angelia-"

"Angelia is not coming back, Kefira!" Lee spoke in a loud whisper. "You know she's not, I don't know why you still believe she is!"

"I'm not leaving without her!" Kefira shouted back, her voice in an equally panicked tone.

"You're being pathetic." Leonard hissed, walking back towards her door, he held his hand onto the handle before pausing and turning to look once more at his twin sister, "We're leaving tomorrow night at 11."

Although she didn't know why, Kefira rolled her eyes making it obvious to her brother that she wouldn't be leavng alongside him.
