jimin is sitting at the window waiting for his dad. he screams with excitement when he sees a red van pull up into the driveway.

"he's here!" jimin calls out and runs to the door, but before he could open it, he gets pulled away by yoongi. namjoon, jungkook, and hoseok open the door. revealing his dad

"hi, i'm here to see park jimin." he says

"we know, stand against the wall" namjoon says with a small smile.

jimin's dad does as said and all three pat him down, checking for objects. all that he had were his car keys, wallet, and phone. they step back, and they finally open the door for him to enter. he steps in slowly. jimin wiggles out of yoongi's grasp before running to the elder.

"dad!" he yelled smiling. 

his dad smiles with tears in his eyes 

"son" he smiles, tears streaming down his face.

they engulf each other in a big tight hug. both in tears. everyone watches with wide smiles on their faces, hoseok with his phone in his hand, taking a video.

"i've missed you" jimin cries 

"you have no idea how much i've missed you" his dad exclaimed.

they pulled away and smiled at each other. jimin wiped his eyes

"let me introduce you to everyone" he said, his dad nodded 

"this is namjoon, he's the leader of our little group" jimin said pointing at the tall male. jimin's dad smiled at him and shook his hand

"this is hoseok, he's the sunshine and is funny" he explained, jimin's dad grinned and shook his hand

"this is jungkook, he's too cool for us" jimin explained, jungkook shot a small smile to his dad and shook his hand. 

"this is jin and taehyung, i grew up with them after the incident, their parents died in the shooting and i thought you did as well, so we escaped together, and we raised each other. jin is the oldest, he's like my parent but my brother at the same time. this is taehyung, he's the youngest of us three and he's like my little brother, i guided him through troubles and he also looks out for us" jimin explained, slinging his arms around both their shoulder

"thank you" jimin's dad smiled and shook their hands with a pat on their back. 

"where's yoongi?" asked jimin.

yoongi came out of the back and tapped his shoulder. jimin smiled and nudged yoongi closer to his dad

"dad, this is yoongi, my boyfriend" jimin said, biting his lip nervously.

jimin's dad had a shocked expression, but he soon smiled and shook yoongi's hand

"nice to meet you yoongi" jimin's dad said 

"nice to meet you as well mr. park" yoongi said smiling.

"please, everyone call me jinwoo" jimin's dad said

everyone nodded with smiles on their faces, they lounged around the couch having pointless banter for a bit. jinwoo smiled at the sight of jimin cuddled with yoongi, he was happy he found someone who can make him happy.

"is anyone else here dating?" jinwoo asked

"look around and guess." hoseok laughed

jinwoo looked at jungkook and taehyung and saw the other in jungkook's lap. he turned to see jin and namjoon hugging each other while laying back
