Coiny looks over at Pin, who looked miserable in the boat. He frowned. "Hey, Pin, I'm sorry you're miserable. Wanna head home tommorow?"

Pin seemed a bit surprised, as she was daydreaming and thought Coiny was busy fishing. "No. Its fine, we can stay longer."

Coiny shook his head. "No, I can tell you're miserable."

Pin couldn't deny it. So she sighed. "Yea.." She held her arm.

Coiny smiled. "Hey, I'm glad you came with me." He put a hand on her shoulder. "None of my family would go with me. None of my friends. So I asked you. And you accepted, and I'm grateful. Even if I didnt catch any fish, I'm glad I got to see this place again. And I got time to spend with you, my best friend." He took his hand off her shoulder. "I just like the scenery, and the peacefulness. I know you're different than me. But I'm glad you came. Plus, you add to the gorgeous view." He finished with a playful smirk on his face.

Pin giggled and blushed a bit. "Oh, stop."

Coiny cleared his throat. "Anyway, it's starting to get a little chilly. Let's head back to camp, and get packed up tomorrow."

Pin smiled "Sounds like a plan."

Coiny grabbed his rod, and reeled in. He took off the hook, and sat in the driver's seat. "Ok, hold on now."

Coiny started the engine, and rode away, back to the campsite.

Ok, so I was at the boundary waters. We had a campsite. We set up shop and fished. We were gonna stay till Friday, but the tent we had was crappy and we did not want to go another night in there. Oh, and there was good cell service up there. (somehow.) So yea..

Also, the title is just saying that the lake was quiet, and all there was were the beautiful sounds of nature. Birds chirping, the water brushing against the rocks. Gorgeous. Like paradise.
