It is 4 months later (Summer) and Star has told the school that she is expecting. Jackie still wants to be with Marco but Star has gotten a restraining order which now means they have totally different schedules.
Marco has been doing better in school and has even won an award for "Achievement of the Year". Moon is actually proud of Marco and is becoming more social with him. Moon teaches Marco and Star how to take care of babies and what to do Incase she goes into labor.
Things get harder for the two of them because since she is young Star is at high risk during her pregnancy. She doesn't have a job yet but Moon allowed Marco to quit his job for him to be able to take care of Star while she's at work.
