"Hello Neighbour "
Kayla just stood there watching them mouth agape like she was watching the characters from a horror movie spring to life right in front of her.
How in the hell was this happening ?
Out of all the things that could possibly go wrong
Damn it.

It was the day after the game.
Things had really gone well during the game, and not just for Kayla but for the football team and the entire school at large.
Nothing had gone wrong.
Except for the fact that Jay had overdone himself and cleared all doubts especially for himself proving what everybody else knew
He was the best there was.
What was the problem with that?
Well In all things obvious,
It was an ego booster.
As if he wasn't already that and much more.
Kayla just lay on the couch playing a random game on her phone.
She was super bored.
And her Dad was at work leaving her to undergo a mission she would rather not.
Especially on her own.
It wasn't that she wasn't a people person or anything
But she was just okay with her immediate people.
Although,it wasn't like she had to be friends with them
She just had to be nice
Be polite
And send the pie her Dad had had delivered to their doorstep.
Problem is,
She had to do it in person.
Gosh she would rather not.
Really really,I repeat really not.
Sighing, she picked up her phone and texted the one person she could think of who would possibly go with her.
Hey 😉
A few minutes passed by before her phone buzzed indicating she had received a text message.
Yah
She rolled her eyes although he would not be able to see her
But just in case he somehow could, she rolled her eyes once again as a plus before sending another text.
Let's go next door 🤗
This time the reply came almost instantly
WTH
Uggggggh what the hell!
I said let's go next door
She counted the very seconds until her phone beeped once again
I understood you the first time dummy
She fought the urge to roll her eyes once again.
