Emily's PoV

I sit staring absently into my faded red eyes as Alice and Rose frantically start working upon their new masterpieces. Which happens to be my hairstyle and makeup.

My body was running on a heightened adrenaline due to the array of emotions I was currently experiencing. The most impactful one being the nervous butterflies I felt in the deep pit of my stomach. I guess deep down I was scared that Jasper might not be at the alter, even though he would do anything to be my husband, just as I would to be his wife.

A small droplet pools in my eye, as I reach out to the table in front of me picking up a silk tissue. I brushed it up to my eye, dabbing it softly, avoiding the basis of eyeshadow.

"Emily..." Alice murmurs, gently placing her hand on my shoulder in reassurance, "...are you okay?"

I blink a few times before nodding up at the two sisters.

"I'm okay," I mumble, "I guess it's just nerves pecking at me."

I change my interest to my hands fumbling around with the tissue.

Rose walks over, placing her cold hand onto mine. I stop fiddling and look up into her amber eyes.

"Em, you shouldn't be nervous. Today is the day that you marry the love of your love," a smile creeps onto her face, "Emmett told me that Jasper is just a nervous. But neither of you should worry. Your love is a bond that can never be broken."

A large smile twitches on my lips, glancing back down at the table in front of me. I lean down and pick up my brown contact lenses. Carefully I pop them into my eyes, letting my sharp vision adjust to the dark colour masking my abnormal eyes.

I twist my head to Alice, "Are my parents and my sister here yet?"

She nods happily, disappearing down the corridor bringing Bella back with her.

Bella advances towards me, her arms tightly connecting around my neck as she hugs me squeezing lovingly. I made sure that I was careful not to smudge the finished canvas or artistically pinned hair.

"You look so beautiful, Jasper is going to be speechless when he sees you," she tells me, tucking a small piece of loose hair behind my ears.

I smile before turning to my parents who have entered the room, freezing as they see my appearance.

"Emily, our little girl, you look so grown up. I can't believe this is really happening," mum cries, holding my hands.
