You and Donnie were reading, like you two often did. The two of you were in your apartment, as you were staying with Murakami you didn't need to worry about anyone seeing you two. So you sat in the living room and relaxed. Donnie smiles and kisses the top of your head. You were lying back against his plastron and you were holding the book the two of you were reading while Donnie had his arms wrapped around your waist. You glance up at him. He smiles down at you.
"Hi there," you say softly.
"Hi there yourself," Donnie responds, kissing the top of your head again. You giggle and turn you head up towards him. He smiles and relaxed his grip on you, you in response turn around so you can look at him. The two of you smile at each other, until Donnie breaks the silence.
"Can I kiss you (Y/N)?" Both of you blush slightly.
"Yes," you reply breathlessly. He goes a bit pink and leans closer, you strain up to meet him, you eyes slipping closed. Your lips meet. It was a short kiss, that only lasted a few moments, but it felt like it lasted a lifetime.
"Whoa," you both breath, blushing. You soon turn back around to resume your reading.
