"Thank you so much for staying the night, Hari. I really appreciate it."

"No problem, I had a lot of fun with Bailey," Hari smiles happily.

Troye smiles, getting out his wallet, "How much-"

"No. Troye, put away the wallet," Hari giggles. "I don't want any money."

"What? Are you sure?"

"I'm sure."

"Well, is there any way I can repay you?"

"Just make sure to keep in contact with me more often. Okay? That's the only way I will let you repay me."

He opens his mouth to say something but shuts it again and nods, realizing she wasn't going to take 'no' for an answer.

"Good. I'll see you later, okay?"

"Of course," Troye agrees, being pulled into a hug by Hari.

Letting go, Hari smiles at Jacob, "Bye, Jacob. Hopefully I'll see you again as well."

"Bye, Hari," Jacob grins.

"Bye, Hari!" Bailey squeals from Jacob's lap.

"Bye, Bailey! Keep up with your hair care, alright?"

"Awight!"

Shutting the door behind Hari, Troye sighs, contently plopping down on the couch next to Jacob and Bailey.

Bailey crawls onto her daddy's lap and frowns at him, "Where were you wast night?"

"Ooh," Jacob whispers. "You're in trouble."

"I was out," Troye replies with a gulp, trying hard not to smile.

"Out where?"

"Eating."

"What were you eating?"

"Brussel sprouts."

Bailey makes a disgusted face and looks down.

"Are we done with the questions?" he chuckles.

She nods before looking at Jacob, "Where were you?"

"I was with your dad," he states simply.

"Is daddy twuthing?"

"Yep! We ate so-o many Brussel sprouts! They were delicious!"

"Gwoss!"

"You don't like Brussel sprouts?" Jacob smiles.

Bailey shakes her head, "Nuh uh!"

"They're good for you, though!"

"No!"

"Well, that's just too bad then," Jacob sighs playfully.

Bailey, tilting her head, prods, "Why?"

"Because your daddy and I are going to eat a lot more Brussel sprouts next week."

"You awe?"

"We are?" Troye asks looking at the black-haired boy.

Jacob looks at Troye and smirks before looking back at Bailey, "Yep! And, I guess, since you don't like Brussel sprouts, you don't get to come."

"No! I... I do!"

"You like Brussel sprouts?"

The little girl nods her head vigorously.

Troye smiles, "Does that mean you'll eat them during dinner tomorrow night?"

Bailey looks at me and tilts her head, "Well..."

"Well? If I give you a bowl of Brussel sprouts, you'll eat the who-ole thing?"

"Well," Bailey looks at Jacob as if saying 'help me out!'

Jacob gives an amused look, waiting for an answer from the little girl.

Eventually, she shakes her head and wraps her little arms around the blond's neck and leans against me in a hug, "I don't like them, daddy."

The boys laugh as Troye wraps his arms around her, "I know you don't, sweetie. I won't make you eat them."

"Daddy?" Bailey asks, interrupting Jacob and Troye's conversation.

"Yes, my sweet girl?"

"Is Joshie gonna be my other daddy?"

Troye's eyes widen, "Um...Jacob?"

"No, honey," Jacob sighs with a light chuckle. "I'm not gonna be your other daddy. But I'll tell you what. I will be around for as long as you want me to be. I promise you that."

"You're not gonna get mawwied?"

"No, honey," Troye says.

His chest stings slightly seeing Jacob look down with a sad look.

"I think I should go," Jacob says with a sad tone. "I have a lot of stuff to do, I just remembered."

"Oh," Troye replies. "Okay. I'll see you later then."

"Yeah. Bye, Tro," Jacob stands up.

"Bye, Bailey."

"Bye, Jakie!" Bailey smiles jumping into Jacob's arms.

Jacob hugs her tightly, rocking side to side carefully, "I'll see you tomorrow, my sweet, sweet girl!"
