I think I just forgot how to breathe.
Yeah, I probably did.
Because I'm definitely not breathing right now.
I was just totally staring at him in complete awe.
Kaya't nang biglang tumunog nang malakas ang telepono ko ay halos mapatalon ako mula sa kinauupuan. I tensely fished out my phone from my pocket. I can't believe that my hands are even visibly shaking. Nakakahiya.

Nanlaki ang mata 'ko sa nakitang pangalan sa screen. Nawala sa isip ko ang tungkol sa kanya! Naghihintay nga pala siya.
My phone continued to ring loudly to the point that I'm almost sure that it can be heard even from the outside. I was already about to swipe on the screen when a voice made my finger freeze.
"Isabelle?"
My head instantly turned towards the direction of the door where the sound came from. It was still entirely closed. I was just about to sigh in relief when the knob rotated. It turned repeatedly in attempts of opening it. The very least thing I can be thankful for is that it was locked.
Agad na akong tumayo at bumaling kay Sky.
"Alis na muna ko," I straightly said due to hurry.
He looks confused but I unfortunately can't fill his puzzlement right now. I would probably just explain to him later. Bago ko pa man siya tuluyang talikuran ay bakas pa rin ang munting pagkalito at pagaalala sa kanya.
I hastily made my way towards the door. Pagbukas na pagbukas ko noon ay agad na bumungad sakin si River na bahagya pang napaatras. His head automatically aimed to peep inside the room but I was quick to make a move. Hindi pa man tuluyang tumatama ang mata niya sa loob ay naisarado ko na iyon.
"Sorry!" agad na sabi ko gamit ang nagsusumamong boses.
My face even slightly rumpled in guilt. I'm sincerely feeling apologetic right now.
He doesn't seem to mind it though. Bagkus ay minwestra niya ang pintong pinanggalingan ko gamit ang ulo niya. "Anong ginawa mo ron?"
His curious eyes gazed at me in inquisitiveness.
"Ha?" lumunok ako. "Wala, may tinignan lang."
Mukhang hindi siya kumbinsido at magtatanong pa kaya't inunahan ko na siya.
"Sorry ulit! Natagalan ako." I repentantly said. "Tara, libre na lang kita pang-bawi." aya ko sa kanya.
