"Gaga, umalis ka na naman daw?"
Jelin's voice from the other line thundered inside my car.
I chuckled. "Kanino mo na naman nalaman?"
I couldn't see him but I can almost imagine him rolling his eyes.
"Kanino pa edi kay Aling Marie. Close na kami ng head maid niyo no," he spat.
Gumuhit ang ngisi sa labi ko. "Talagang tinanong mo muna siya bago ako tawagan ah?"
"Eh paano ba naman kasi hindi kita ma-reach kanina pa kaya yung landline niyo na lang sa mansyon ang tinawagan ko," reklamo niya.
The slight impatience in his voice causes my lips to curve.
"Sorry na.. I just really wanna experience visiting my boyfriend at work," I beamed.
He faked a vomiting sound.
"Landi," he accusingly sneered. "Talagang hindi mo na nahintay ang pagkakaroon mo ng body guard bago maglakwatsa ah. Bukas pa naman na sana ang dating ng mga 'yon,"
I smirked. "'Yun na nga eh, bantay sarado na 'ko simula bukas. So let me just make the most out of my freedom," I exaggeratedly said.
Hindi pa ako agad na tinantanan ni Jelin sa ilang paalala niya. We chitchat for a longer while until he has to end the call to attend something.
Hindi rin naman nagtagal ay nakarating na 'ko sa paroroonan ko. Sinama naman na ko dati rito ni Sky pero namamangha pa rin ako sa itsura ng estruktura mula sa labas.
Masusing pinag-isipan ang magarang disenyo nito. It was as if the owner of the structure asked for a music building and the architect took the request quite literally. Ang gitna ng gusali ay hugis gitara na nakatayo at sa magkabilang gilid nito sa likod ay may dalawang tambol. The guitar and drums were created almost entirely with black and transparent glass. It was beyond astonishing.
Halos naging tourist spot na nga rin ang labas nito dahil maraming dumadayo para kumuha ng litrato. If you are a fan of both music and architecture, then this just might become your favorite architectural building in the country. It nearly looks like the famous Piano House in China.
