Mood swings? Check.

Fatigue? Check.

Acne? Check.

Cramps? CHECK!

Jeez I was getting the symptoms, I even got nauseous this morning. All I need is for the doctor to actually confirm that it is in fact my menstrual cycle and not just my body playing tricks on me.

Biting down on my lip while I glanced out of the window, I just thought of how August would react. He'd be happy, I'm sure.

"You good baybeh?"

Looking over at him I gave a nod. "Mhm."

"You quiet as hell, that's never a good thing."

Blinking a bit excessively, I continued to look at him not really knowing how to feel about that.

He glanced at me then back at the road and laughed. "What I mean by that is, I know something is on ya mind, that's all."

"I'm alright babe, I'm just ready for the ride to be over."

"So you can go handle yo business?"

Nodding I take a deep breath and just watch the road ahead.

"Mm."

"I know you wanna know and you will, just be patient for me. I want to be certain."

"Are you dyin'?"

I quickly shake my head. "No, nothing like that. Aside from the fact that we actually are dying everyday we get older."

He stale faced me and slightly shook his head. "As long as I know you healthy, we good."

"Oh but there is one thing I want to tell you." I said biting my lip.

"What is it?" He asked with concern.

"You're the finest man I've ever seen in my life. Mm." I told him, reaching over to rub the back of his neck.

He glanced at me from the corner of his eye and smirked. "Chill."

"You are babe, don't act like you don't know."

"The same way you be actin'?"

Playfully rolling my eyes, I fanned him off. "I mean, I'm cute or whatever. But at the same time I know I'm fine as sh-"

"Chill wit dat potty mouth."

I sighed dramatically. "You know I'm an adult right?"

He shrugged. "And you know I don't like that shit right?"

"Babe, I've never heard anyone use profanity more than you in my life and you tell me not too?"

"Cause you don't do allat, you hated when I did and you never cursed unless you was ready to off somebody. What happened to dat?"

"I don't know, it's not a big deal."

"Well, I like that you don't. I think it's cute, no or whatever."
