Chapter 31

General POV

Yuki and Zero was taking the path that leads them to the Academy. When Yuki suddenly stop.

"Yuki... What are you doing?? We need to go back before it gets dark!" Zero explain.

"Zero... Can I stop for this shop for a minute?? You don't need to come with me.. I just want to buy some gift for Yumika.. Wait for me here okay." Yuki smile at Zero and went inside the souvenir shop.

Zero POV

"She's gone... Well I guess I'm going to eat some salted noodles.. This is Yuki okay... She will definitely going to be spend more time to buy her some souvenir.." I turned my heels away the souvenir shop and find a near noodle shop..

When I found one I decided to enter and ordered salted noodles and I sit at the counter seat.. Well ever since we've gone out I didn't eat something so I'm hungry.. All Yuki ate was pastries, cakes and parfaits....

"Here you go... One salted noodles..." The noodle owner gave me the noodles I ordered and I started to eat it.

Yuki POV

When my eyes laid on the silver bracelet..... I've decided that is the gift I want to get for my sister... I grab the bracelet and went to the registrar to pay for it.. After some few minutes the registrar gave me the bracelet.. It's on a not too long box and a ribbon is attach to it.

"Here you go... Thank you for purchasing.." The registrar smile at me and handed mr the box with the bracelet in it.

"You're welcome.. Thank you for the box.." I accept the box and leave the shop.. "Zero... Thank you for..... Eh??" I was just going to say something but when I look around... Zero was nowhere to be found.. "Zero?? Where did he go??" I decided to find him..

I run to every corner of the town to find him.. But when I run to the other corner my arm was scrape by the molten iron and my arm bleeds.. I grab my bleeding arms and continue to look for him...

I was running by the alleyway when I heard a sound I grab my Artemis and to my shocked a person just flew to me. I block the person with my weapon but I just realize it's no ordinary person... It's a...

"Vampire..." I whisper to myself while blocking the vampire with my Artemis.. When I saw the vampire I tremble... The look at his eyes was similar to the vampire that attack us a long time ago.. I was loosing my focus when the vampire spoke.

"YOUR BLOOD SMELLS DELICIOUS..." Is what the vampire said. He was going to attack me.. I can't even move to defend myself... I'm scared.... I stay there frozen when my Artemis moved on it's own. "Let me drink it all!!!" The vampire continue.. I was still frozen on my spot when I heard the voice of the man I knew.

"Still in a daze??? Yuki??" I turn around and saw Zero..

"Zero!!!" I called his name enough for him to hear.

"He doesn't seem happy with me Hunter Goddess." Zero look at me.. And when he does... I collapse on the ground... Still grabbing my wounded arm..

"Yuki??" Zero called my name.. I don't know why but when he does that I feel safe... My eyes started to get teary but still I manage to say something.

"Why is there vampires in this sort of place..? Zero you see... I've been feeling uneasy... Yeah since just now.." I stated.. Still grabbing my wounded arm..

"Here... Let me help you get up.. And put this in your wound... Your blood will attract the other vampire here in this town.." Zero help me up and gave me a handkerchief to cover my wounded arm.. When I heard a noise.
