We have been in california for 30 days. Ananya had been interested in the idea of starting the hospital. The moment we pitched in the Idea it had been approved. We stayed to figure out how we were going to start, What would the profits be divided as and other such things.

"Ready?" Raghav asked.

"Yup, Let's go" I said.

"I hope everything goes well." Raghav said.

"It will, I have a feeling." I said.

"Did you talk to Shaan by any chance? I can't reach him." Raghav said.

"Oh, Yeah Ma said Three of them have gone to our cottage for a gadget free weekend. Ma asked me to tell you and I forgot." I said.

"Why didn't he tell me?" Raghav enquired.

"Karan also didn't tell me but I guessed something going on because Karthi was too excited. I tried calling Karan but he didn't pick-up so I called Ma and she said they had all gone out." I said.

"We are missing so much." Raghav said.

"Yeah, we will go back as soon as possible." I said sighing.

We reached Ananya's office which was 20 minutes away from our hotel which we were staying in.

"Hi, We have an appointment at 10:30, I am Dr.Nirvana Ramakrishnan." I said.

"Please, Follow me." She said.

"Wait here, She will be here in 10" She continued and left.

"I have been coming here for 30 days but I still don't get used to the grandiose." I said to Raghav.

"I can't get used to the height but sure" Raghav said.

"Hi, Sorry I am late." Ananya said entering with her team.

"No problem." Raghav said.

"So, Shall we start." Ananya said.

"Sure" I said.

"It will intially be Cardio-thoracic, Neurology, General,OB-GYN and then we are thinking of expanding. RIGHT?" Ananya asked.

"Yes but we need start with blood banks initially beacause with out blood there is no surgery." I said.

"Okay so Blood banks." Ananya said.

"Blood banks, Land, Doctors...We will take care" Raghav said.

"Your investment will be in equipment and initial salaries, Expansion, Building when we do it." I said.

 "I propose 70% Profits for me and 30% for you." Ananya said.

"Reverse it. 70% for us and 30% for you" Raghav said.

"I am investing too much and you are giving me 30% profits" Ananya said.

"We are managing it and what ever you are investing will start producing it's own profits for the service." Raghav said.

"You have to agree, your investment is only initial capital." I said.

"Hmm" Ananya said.

"You make a hard bargain" Ananya said.

"It is only fair...We were thinking 80:20 but Rohan is a dear friend." Raghav said.

"Okay, Deal...70:30 it is." Ananya said.

"Explain me the strategy." Ananya asked.

"The land is ready for construction we have all the permissions. It will take 2 years for the construction. So we have 2 years for marketing and publicity." I said.
