(I was close to finishing this chapter anyway. But this comment made me want to finish it faster!

That just made my day! Haha! Thank you! I worked hard to get this done! I'll be honest, this is another series I cannot wait to write about! Ok, with Danganronpa, I am just focusing on Naegi's class, because that is my favorite cast of students

That just made my day! Haha! Thank you! I worked hard to get this done! I'll be honest, this is another series I cannot wait to write about! Ok, with Danganronpa, I am just focusing on Naegi's class, because that is my favorite cast of students. That doesn't mean the second cast won't appear here and there. I won't feature anything for V3, because that is like in an alternate universe. So, thank you! Enjoy this chapter!)

Fey and Law Co Offices, Main Lobby

October 12, 8:30 AM

(Phoenix's POV)

I arrived at work as chief was sitting at her desk and looking over a folder.

"Ah, you're here on time, Phoenix. Good too. My intern should be arriving here today. I can't wait to introduce you to him. He's pretty lucky!" chief said with a smile as she closed her folder to look at me.

Oh! That's right! We are expecting an intern here! I wonder what he is like. Chief mentioned the intern a few times, but I didn't think today was the day. I took a seat at my desk and took off my blue jacket. I then placed my bag on the desk.

"Now, I wanted to talk to you about some lawyer skills" chief said as I took out my court record notebook.

"I am ready chief! Teach me everything you know!" I shouted determinedly as she smiled.

"Alright. Where their times during that trial where you panicked or thought most things seemed hopeless?" she asked me.

Woah! I sometimes think chief can read my mind!

"I was in a similar situation as yourself when I first started out. The lesson I want you to always remember to believe in the innocence to the very end. Don't ever forget that. Ah, that's right! You should take a look at the crime scene from a different angle. In other words, turn your thinking around. As someone who works in my law firm, we handle the most interesting cases here, so it always a good idea to take another look and view of the crime scene and the evidence you have" my chief informed me as I took diligent notes.

Man, what kind of cases did she face?! It sounds very intense! I should really read up on her case files when I get the chance. I continued to take notes as chief continued to inform me about how to handle cases, clients, and crime scenes.

"But, the most important thing a lawyer can do is smile, no matter how bed the situation gets. That lesson will help you through the toughest of cases!" chief said proudly.

She seemed so happy about telling me that piece of advice. There was a knock at the door. Oh, are we getting a new client?

(Makoto's POV)

I took out my phone and then used the camera function to take a look at myself. I wanted to make sure I looked presentable on my first day as an intern at the Fey and Law Co Office. I adjusted my dark green jacket and my hood. I dusted my black pants to make sure there was no dust on it. Oh, man! My shoelaces are untied! I kneeled down to tie up my red shoes and then checked my bag. Yeah, I have a phone charger, pens, pencils, highlighter, and notebook. Alright, I can do this! I am hoping for a good day today! I knocked on the door and waited for a moment. The knob turned to reveal Miss Fey!
