28: Teary night

Kritika's pov

I was sitting on Mr. Singhania's bed for our first night . I was not at all interested in this . But Swetha aunty made me to do it .

It's been half an hour I am waiting for that person but still there is sign of him . I jumped from the bed and decided to remove my jewelleries

Why should I wait for him

I was struggling to remove the earing when the door burst opened . I turned around and saw Mr . Singhania standing leaning against the door . He looked at me with blood shot eyes which made me scared .

He started coming towards me swaying a little.

" Finally you won isn't it". He asked leaning towards my face .I can smell alcohol from him

Is he drunk

"TELL ME" He shouted and took the vase , throwing it away . I screamed in fear and tried to run away . But he hold my arms tightly.

" Don't dare to run away without answering me . Understand". He said harshly making me flinch

" Did you understand". He shouted . I nodded with teary eyes .

" Why did you came to my life huh . I was living peacefully in my own way and you destroyed it". He shouted and gripped my arms tightly . His nails were digging into my skin which made me to whimper in pain.

" Pl..ease lea..ve me . You are hurting me". I said and struggled in his arms . He left me harshly and my back hit against the table.

" Hurting you ? You are the one who is hurting me " . He said . I looked at him confused rubbing my sore arms.

" You manipulated my family in your charms and married me ". I looked him in shock

" Don't give me that look . I know that you want money , fame and luxury life . And if you become the daughter in law of Singhania's you will get it. That's why you said yes to marry me". He said pointing at me .

How can he say like this . He itself know the reason .

" Don't expect love from me . You will be the the daughter in law of this house not my wife . You don't deserve to be my wife as you are a gold digger , bitch , slu''"

" Shut up . Just shut up". I shouted without allowing him that say that word

"What do you think of yourself huh . That you are pantomath , innocent , truthful isn't it . Then you are absolutely wrong Mr. Singhania . You are an egoistic , arrogant , Jerk and Chauvinist". I screamed . He was looking me with rage

" You don't know anything about me , a single thing about me . Then how dare you accuse me for something which I ever thought or done " I hissed in anger
"What did you say about marriage huh ; that I married you to get money , fame , luxury life isn't it. You know something my family is also not less than your family . I also have everything which you just listed ; money , fame everything . Then why should I marry you ". I asked
"You know what when this proposal came I was devastated because I can't even imagine in my dreams to marry a person like you. But still I done for my family , for their happiness without considering my feelings. I always dreamed to marry a person who understands me , who truly loves me . But what I got is just opposite of it . Then what did you said ' Don't expect love from you' isn't it . You know what I am expecting anything from you not even love because I know you are incapable of it . You are an emotionless human being". I screamed at him
" And lastly I am warning you never dare to question my character , if you did I won't leave you easily Mr. Singhania".

Saying this I marched towards out from his so called room .

Third person's pov

Aditya was standing in shock due to her sudden outburst . He started feeling guilty to say those things to her . He never thought to do anything like that but he was drunk and it's effect made him to say like that . He plopped on the bed as his body was feeling weak and became unsconsious.

On the other side Kritika was sitting on the floor of the balcony . She was crying and cursing Aditya continuously . She never thought that he will call those names and she was really hurt. Suddenly a hand was placed on her shoulder which made her startled . She turned and shocked to see Abhimanyu .

Wiping her tears she got up and stood in front of him . Abhimanyu slightly got the idea of the situation seeing her red puffy eyes.

" Kritika why are you sitting here . Did Aditya said something". Abhimanyu asked

"No..o nothing happened like that bhai". She said without meeting his eyes

" Then why your eyes are red . You look like cried". He questioned folding his arms

" Woh...I was missing my family . That's why". Kritika said

" Kritika I know you are lying to me but I am not forcing you to tell me the truth . I know Adi did something to you and trust me he will not do it intentionally . You know Kritika he was not at all like this. An incident changed him into a beast . That changed our chirpy bubbly Adi". Kritika was shocked to see Abhimanyu's teary eyes

" Kritika I am asking sorry for his behaviour".

" No bhai . You no need to say sorry . It's ok". Kritika said . Abhimanyu smiled at her

" Ok now go back to room before any one see you ". He said . Kritika nodded and left after wishing him good night

Abhimanyu looked at her retreating figure and felt sad

Kritika entered the room and saw Aditya sleeping in a weird state .

" He is really drunk ". Kritika thought

" Now where will I sleep . He took the whole bed". Kritika mumbled and looked around to find some space .

She found a couch and walked towards it .

" Oh no if he finds me sleeping on this , he will kill me for sure ". She said remembering the post nuptial agreement

Sighing she sat n the floor with head against the couch and drifted to sleep.
