29: Annoying jerk

Sun light falls in their room . Kritika stirred and opened her eyes . She rolled her eyes around the surroundings

" Where am I". She mumbled and her gaze falls on Aditya's sleeping figure . Yesterday's incident came across her mind. Her eyes filled with tears . His words were still ringing in her ears .

" No Kritika you should not be weak ".

Stretching her arms , she stood up with the support of the couch

"Ouch" she rubbed her neck due to the pain

Lifting her lehanga , she went to the other side of the bed , where her bag is present . She took an orange saree and walked towards the washroom .

While on the other side , Aditya fluttered and opened his eyes . His head was paining due to alcohol. He rubbed his forehead and suddenly think about Kritika . He looked around the room and frowned due to her absence

" Where is she"
" Was she not in my room"
" Or did she went out".

Aditya thought and went outside to check . He can't ask anyone about her whereabouts . Sighing he walked inside the room .

He moved to his wardrobe . Taking his dress , he marched towards washroom at the same time the door opened and Kritika comes outside .

She looked at him in shock and got nervous thinking that he will shout at her for entering the washroom. But Aditya was still glancing her who was looking simple and beautiful in the saree .

Without saying anything she passed away carrying her bridal outfit. Keeping the dress in her bag she started getting ready .

While Aditya cursed himself for thinking about Kritika like that . Controlling his anger, he went inside the washroom.

The Singhania's were waiting for the newly weds. Abhimanyu and Priya was sitting anxiously. Abhimanyu already told Priya about last day's incident .

Kritika reached downstairs and frowned seeing the whole family in the living area . Ahana squealed and ran towards her .

" Oh my god Kriti you are looking beautiful ". Ahana said . Kritika smiled at her . She then went towards Maheshwati and took her blessings .

" Slept well beta". Shwetha asked . Kritika brushed yesterday's matter and nodded.

" Where is Aditya". Gautam asked

" Uh he is....

" I am here dad". All turned and saw Aditya coming with a bright smile on his face. Kritika was shocked seeing his expression.

Why is he smiling so much today . Yesterday he was behaving like a beast

Aditya greeted everyone . Shwetha and Maheshwati was happy seeing his smiling face .

" Kritika beta today is your pehle rasoi are you ready for it". Swetha asked . Kritika gulped and nodded nervously.

Oh no my cooking is a huge disaster . What should I do now

" You have to prepare a sweet ok ." Swetha said

" Um ma can I make laddoos". Kritika asked hesitantly. Swetha and Priya looked at her with wide eyes

" Kritika you mean you are going to make laddoos for the sweet". Priya asked . Kritika nodded

" But beta ma can't eat because of sugar". Swetha said

" No need to worry about it ma . I will take care of it after all I am a doctor na". Kritika said . Both nodded and went away

Chalo Kriti . Let's start mission laddoo making.

Everyone was waiting for Kritika . Aditya was annoyed by it.

" Dad I don't think she will come .I am going". Aditya said and stood up

" Breakfast is ready". Kritika's voice halted him . She smirked and moved to the table . She served the food and stood beside Ahana.

" Kritika now you can serve the sweet to all". Priya said . Kritika nodded and start serving nervously. Aditya frowned

" What is this". He asked looking at his plate

" Well it's name is laddoo . Don't you know". Kritika mocked him .

" I know but why did you prepare this for the sweet . Don't you know to make anything else". Aditya smirked at her . Kritika nervously smiled and narrowed her eyes at him

" Adi whatever is the reason, she prepared a dish which is tasty . So we should appreciate it ". Maheshwati said . Kritika smiled widely and gave a look to Aditya which he ignored

Everyone finished eating and gave Kritika gifts for her cooking.

" So I was thinking to announce their marriage officially " . Gautam said . Aditya looked at him shocked . Kritika just heard calmly.

" That's a nice idea Gautam . We can arrange a reception . What say ma ". Swetha said and turned towards Maheshwati.

" It's a good idea . Everyone should know that my Adi had married a beautiful girl". Maheshwati said . Aditya rolled his eyes . Kritika looked away

" So ma today we can go for shopping ". Ahana jumped from her seat

" Yes . Ok so go and get ready". Swetha said but Aditya interrupted them .

" Wait". All looked at him confused

" What happened Adi". Gautam asked

" Dad I don't think it is the right time to announce our relation to the public ". Aditya said . All looked at him shock .

" Why Adi . What is the problem in that". Swetha asked

" Um mom actually Kritika is not ready for this right Kritika?" Aditya asked innocently . Kritika gasped and looked him in shock

When did I say that

" Is it true Kriti beta" .Gautam asked. Aditya gestured through his eyes to act . Kritika glared at him and turned to Gautam

" Yes papa . Actually it will be a nuisance for me if everyone comes to know our marriage that's why I said like that". Kritika said hesitantly.

" And dad we will tell you if we are ready for this . Am I right Kritika". Aditya raised his eyebrow.

" Yes papa . Aditya is absolutely right". She told the last part gritting her teeth.

" Ok if both of your decision is this , we will go with it". Gautam said . Aditya sighed in relief

"Mr . Singhania how dare you to pull that stunt over there without my permission". Kritika asked harshly as both entered their room . Aditya turned and looked at her.

" I will do whatever I want and I don't need your permission for that". He said and sat on the bed stretching his arms .

" Of course you should . You didn't even discussed this with me and then suddenly asking me to act . This is not fair". Kritika screamed being annoyed with Aditya's behaviour

" Lower your voice . You signed the agreement . So you should do whatever I want . Anyways I need to make an important call . Excuse me". saying this he went out of the room leaving a furious Kritika

Jerk , arrogant , asshole..Arghh

Kritika was continuously cursing and plopped on the bed being tired.
