I stood there, in between the lights and flowers, holding a Jar of mint chocolate ice cream and flowers with a special gift that I bought for him. For him? No, for us. I smiled as I opened the small box in my hand.

What was I feeling? That would only be an understatement if I say, I was only excited. I was nervous as hell, and happy and a little insecure. People supposed to give each other promise rings before marriage, but I bought them because I wanted a new start. A promise again, to make each other happy till death do us apart and I was pretty hopeful and sure, he won't reject me this time.
I wasn't doing all this, just to take a chance again. But the time we spent together, I saw adoration for me. Though he act a little bitchy sometimes but I am pretty sure he enjoys my company as well. And this the only reason I gathered courage and took a chance to start a new beginning with me, a happy beginning in which he'll promise not to ignore me and cherish me as much as I do him.
I already called him and sent him the location, on which he replied ' I'll be there,'. I was already 12 O'clock.
So, here I was, standing there as I waited for him to arrive.
