Second day of school

" Hey Cassie!" Oliver greeted." Hi." Cassie said giving the boys and Liv a hug." How's your first night in West Brook?" Max asked.

" It's great. It's peaceful." Cassie said." Yeah? Maybe you could join us later at the mall." Liam said." Yes, Cassie, join us." Liv said.

" Ok." Cassie chuckled." I'll see you guys later." Cassie said as the bell ringed. First class, math.

As she entered the room, she sat down." Cassie, right?" A brunette haired girl asked.

" Yes." Cassie answered." I'm Dylan Conrique." Dylan introduced.

" Nice to meet you Dylan." Cassie said with a smile." How's first day in Quinton for you?" Dylan asked.

" Fine, I guess." Cassie said." What's your specialty?" Dylan asked.

" Specialty? What kind of specialty?" Cassie asked all confused.

" What do you do in a living?" Dylan elaborated." Oh... I dance and sing." Cassie said.

" You're totally an It girl." Dylan said." It girl? Sorry, I'm so confused." Cassie said.

" O my gosh.. you must've lived in a preppy town." Dylan said.
" Uh... not technically.. I lived in Las Vegas." Cassie said.

" A big time Preppy town." Dylan said." What is up with big time when you hear Lad Vegas? It's like any other town but with casinos all around. And can you please elaborate the word It girl?" Cassie asked.

" It girl, you're like every boys dream. Rich, sweet, innocent, pretty, and to mention, you're cute." Dylan said.

" Jeez, thanks." Cassie said sweetly." You should try out for the cheer team next week." Dylan informed.

" Oh, so you're a cheerleader?" Cassie asked." Isn't it obvious?" Dylan asked then Cassie chuckled then the math teacher came and started the class.

Later at lunch, Cassie sat down and waited for her friends." Hey Cassie, sorry we're a little late." Liv greeted.

" It's fine. I have something for you guys by the way." Cassie said getting 4 packs of chocolates.

" Valentine's already?" Oliver joked and all of them laughed.
" It's a simple thank you gift." Cassie said.

" Thank you for what?" Max asked." For accepting me in your group. Back in Las Vegas, I don't really have friends." Cassie said.

" It's not a big deal, Cassie." Liam said." Yes it is. You guys are my first real friends that didn't want a single penny from me... I had a lot of fake friends." Cassie said.

" That's the hard part of being rich... fake friends." Max said and Cassie nodded." Thanks for the chocolates Cassie." Liam said.

" What are we going to do at the mall?" Cassie asked." We're gonna watch a movie." Liv said." Oh ok, what movie are we watching?" Cassie asked.

" It's Sherlock Holmes." Liam said." Holmes, the detective." Cassie said and Liam nodded with a smile." Why do you look so excited?" Cassie asked.

" Sherlock Holmes is his favorite. Because his dad's a great detective." Liv said." Wow, he must be a very busy guy." Cassie said.

" Sometimes. I want to be a detective too. I just think the job is so cool." Liam said." I love Sherlock Holmes too. It's kind of a fun movie." Max said.

" Yeah, with all the solving mystery... It's so cool." Oliver said." You guys like solving mysteries?" Cassie asked." Yeah, it's thrilling." Liam said.

Later that afternoon, they went to the mall and watched the movie excitedly.

Then after watching the movie, they ate dinner together and head back home." Cassie's really nice." Oliver said.

" She is." Liv agreed as they went inside their house." Hey Dad." Liv greeted as they saw their father sitting by the island counter top.

" How's your day Atty. Dale?" Oliver joked." Hey Kiddos, I'm actually doing great. How's your day?" Dale asked.

" Fun, we watched Sherlock Holmes with Cassie." Liv said." Cassie?" Dale asked confused.
" Cassidy Steele. She's a new student from Las Vegas." Oliver explained.

" Oh, have you guys eaten dinner?" Dale asked." We did already. I'm gonna go to my room." Oliver excused himself before heading upstairs.

" What are doing?" Liv asked walking towards her father looking at a bunch of files." Another drug dealers." Dale answered.

" This drug war has to stop. I thought they got rid of it years ago?" Liv asked." Apparently they're back." Dale sighed.

" Alright, you do your thing and I'll do mine. Night dad." Liv said before heading upstairs.

Max just got home and his parents were chilling in the living room." Hey mom and dad." Max greeted." Hey Max, where have you been?" His mom asked.

" Sorry I forgot to text you. Don't worry, I'm with my friends at the mall." Max said." Have you eaten dinner already?" His dad asked.

" Yes. I'll be on my room if you need me." Max said before heading upstairs.

Liam came home and found his dad in his office looking at the big board with pins on people and papers and a string that is connecting them all together.

" Hey dad." Liam greeted, then his dad turned around." Hey bud, where have you been?" His dad asked.

" I went to the mall to watch Sherlock Holmes." Liam answered.

" Was it good?" Detective Hayes asked." It was." Liam answered.
" How's the day with Liv?" Detective Hayes asked with a smirk.

Liam blushed." Dad, stop." Liam said." What? I'm just asking my son." Detective Hayes chuckled.

" Whatever dad... What's that?" Liam asked." Ah.. New addition, drug dealers." Detective Hayes said.

" Where did you guys find them?" Liam asked." We caught them at the border of the town. They were about to meet up with a client." Detective Hayes said.

" Drugs again? Isn't the issue over?" Liam asked." It's back on... they wouldn't tell a single info." Detective Hayes said.

" You should go to sleep. If you're hungry  your mom has a salad in the kitchen for you." Detective Hayes said.

" Ok, night dad." Liam said before leaving the office.

Cassie got back to the mansion, it was peaceful, but then she heard someone raising it's voice probably talking to the phone about business by the office that oversees the entrance.

She head up and walked pass the office. She leaned close." Cassie, you're home." An elderly guy greeted.

Cassie got startled." Grandpa! You scared me." Cassie said sighing in relief." Where were you, young lady?" Her grandpa asked, but let's call him Grandpa Enzo.

" I was in the mall with my friends." Cassie said." You're past your curfew." Grandpa Enzo said looking at his watch.

" What were you doing in the mall?" Grandpa Enzo asked." We watched a movie and ate dinner." Cassie explained.

" Alright, I'm assuming you're telling the truth. You can go to your room." Grandpa Enzo said. Cassie nodded and went to her room.
