Three of us (Draco X Reader X Cedric)

Chapter 15

"Mum!, Dad! dont leave me please!" you started yelling in your sleep. "NO!...please don't hurt them" You continue saying. You abruptly wake up in your bed, coming to a sitting position still breathing very heavily, you've been sweating.

"It was just a dream" you whisper to yourself going back to sleep. 

Its been almost half an hour and you couldn't sleep, you kept thinking about your dream about how someone was going to hurt your parents and take them away from you. You get out of your bed put on your blue slides and leave the dormitory to the common room. There's no one there it's very quiet. 

"Lumos," You say getting your wand out and leaving the common room out into the hallway. 
"I'm trying to sleep", "shh", "put that light out" many of the paintings started to say, you chose to ignore them. You make your way down to the kitchen for a snack, although it wasn't allowed.

You then make it to the entrance of the kitchen and no one is there so you walk in. You grab a plate from one of the cupboards and put it on the marble counter. You open the fridge and find lots of food in there. You grab a piece of bread, as you reach for the butter, you hear the kitchens doors open.

"Nox" You say quickly.

"Lumos" Another voice says then saying "y/n?".

"Draco?" you say.

"What are you doing" Draco says then breaking out into to laughter.

"Shh, we'll get caught" You laugh as well. "I got hungry," you say getting the butter from the fridge and a knife from the utensils drawer, then sitting on top of the counter.

"Same, we have to stop meeting like this" Draco says getting a slice of chocolate cake.

"Cake in the middle of the night" you tease him.

"sweet cravings" He replies taking a bite of the cake after grabbing a fork.

You give him a small smile. "You're a big softie. I could say I have changed Drac0 Malfoy for the "better"

Draco laughs putting his cake down, "you wish". You continue eating your bread.                                  "Doesn't mean I like your wretched friends anymore" 

"Way to ruin the moment Malfoy" You roll your eyes. 

Draco gets a glass and walks over to the sink and fills the glass up with water and drinks it.

"You love Cedric don't you?" Draco asks , finishing  of his cake.

"love?...dunno why?" You reply looking down.

"The way you look at him I guess" He says as his smile fades away.

"Honestly Malfoy, I think I'm in between the both of you," You say laughing.

Draco looks up at you in shock with his mouth open, no words coming out. You then wave leaving the kitchen leaving Draco with his glass of water.

"Lumos" Another voice says again.

"Cedric? what are you..?" You say in a bit of a shock.

"y/n? I came to get a snack" Cedric says making his way into the kitchen, you following him.

"Draco?" He says walking towards the counter.

"Diggory?" Draco replies.

"Okay...so we all came down for food?" Cedric asks grabbing a banana and peeling it open. You look take a seat next to Draco and pointing towards him and Cedric mouthing 'Cedric and Draco' 

"Ahem" Draco clears his throat pretending he didnt see you mouth that. 

"Ready for tomorrow?" Cedric asks you throwing away his banana peel.

"Of course" You reply.

You all then hear a creaking sound which breaks the weird tension between the two boys. You hear the far doors open from the kitchen.

"Nox" All three of you say at the same time hiding behind the counter, hoping not to get caught.

"Shh, both of you" You whisper.

"It's Snape, damn it" Draco whispers.

"Shoot" Cedric sighs underneath his breath. Snape starts to scan the kitchen moving closer to you three, you then slowly move in the opposite direction hoping Snape doesn't see you.

"Right, you three stand up now!" Snape says from behind make you all jump.

"Mr. Diggory, Ms. y/l/n and Mr. Malfoy why are you up after hours? your little adventure is over " He askes angrily.

"We got hungry" Cedric explains.

"The three of you got hungry, detention tomorrow right after breakfast" Snape snaps escorting you back to your three different common rooms.

You eye both Cedric and Draco, they give you a look back.

"Professor Snape, I have tutoring tomorrow right after breakfast tomorrow" Draco whispers.

"Tutoring, right, you'll make up for it on Monday the same with you ms. y/l/n" Snape scoffs.

You then look at Draco who gives you a look, you then look at Cedric signaling him to ask to get out of Detention.

"As for you, Mr. Diggory you'll be joining me in the morning, off to bed all of you," Snape says then leaving towards his office.

'sorry' you mouth to him making your way to the common room.
