Living it with Jungkook and his friends, enjoying what life offered him until it was time to fight.

With a wave of her hand, Shana turned on all the lights in her house after making sure no one had entered in her absence. There were many myths that circulated around, ensuring that the dark fairies lived in complete darkness. To some extent it was true, but when they were in their physical body they did not need to hide from the light; the body of flesh and blood was an excellent shield. Anyway, it was something that only the most advanced in the magical arts could do, while the most incompetent were left with the title of mere shadows.

Many years had passed since she left home. Many years since she was separated from her sister. Life without her by her side was not the same, it did not have the same meaning. Haneul had always been her highest priority and her greatest weakness. Shana was aware of it, it was something she had written on her face. And Lee knew it too. She wasn't proud that she had succumbed to him and joined them, but she had no choice. She needed to have her sister with her again, and if she had to be under Lee's command to do so, she would.

You have joined him, but not his cause. You're here for Haneul.

That was the phrase that was constantly repeated, trying not to lose her sanity in so much darkness, between so much blood and maniacal laughter. She had to keep her eyes fixed on a target and make sure she didn't lose sight of it. Besides, she had to walk with four eyes. Not everyone looked favourably on her position as Lee's right-hand man. They mistrusted her because she had been one of the good guys before because she had climbed positions too fast because at some point she would betray them. It was ironic that others feared the same things they did daily, but in this case, they were right.

The only reason she had become Lee's right-hand man was that she had proven herself indispensable, using her power to advise him on which course to take and for how long. Sometimes, inexplicably, a plan went wrong because someone had intercepted a message, or because the messenger had died. Shana made sure that no one linked her to these acts, and Lee could not blame her for anything, since the prediction had been made months before. She knew that, no matter how good it was, fate and time ran their course, and what was black today could be white in a week.

With a weary sigh, Shana flopped down on the bed, her body spread out over her like a starfish. She relaxed her breathing and allowed her mind to connect with the fabric of the universe, to blend with space and time. It was an exhausting process and one that left her almost without energy, but that afternoon she had felt something, and was curious to know if her suspicions were correct.

After an hour motionless, as if she had been asleep, Shana opened her eyes, her mind loaded with all the information she had accumulated, trying to organize it in her head to make sense of it. But that could be saved for later. First, she was interested in checking something. Her body weakened, she was forced to move more slowly and carefully to get to the dresser. She opened one drawer and took out a small notebook filled with scribbles and notes. With a swipe of her fingers, the words were transformed into a different type of annotations. Statistics and probabilities. Future.

She went to the message she had left on Min Yoongi's gem, just what she was interested in: the result.

Read against Haneul. Result: 80-20.

For obvious reasons, she had omitted the correct result. Shana could see into the future, but that didn't mean she had to tell everyone. Sometimes it was better to hide information, so that things went as planned. With a smile, she wrote the new result.

Read against Haneul. Result: 60-40.

In just one day the result had transformed. Not enough to ensure a victory, but enough to show that they were on the right track. There was only a month left to the war. A month to reunite with her sister. She just hoped they arrived prepared enough to beat Lee. They should take advantage now that the leader was confident in his victory to turn the tables.
